Rachel was an exceptional teacher. Her flow was powerful and the transitions between shapes felt really smooth. This is such a great offering & all levels friendly! It started with an informative introduction, intention setting, and tea. The class was so soothing and I’m pretty sure I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during one of the shapes. The reiki offering was very soothing and added to the calm state. I left this class feeling more present than when I arrived.

What's included with the private party?
You get 60 or 90 minutes of pure aerial magic! When you submit your request, you'll answer a few quick questions so we can tailor the experience just for you—think of it as your party, but with extra upside-down fun!
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just a yoga mat and a water bottle to stay hydrated. But don’t stress—if you forget or you're visiting from out of town, we’ve got you covered with studio mats. We've thought of everything, so you just show up ready to fly!
How do I schedule a private party?
Easy peasy! Just submit the request form, and we’ll be in touch—usually the same day—to lock in your date. We move fast, just like your excitement levels when you realize this is actually happening!
Can I take pictures during the session?
Oh, absolutely! We even set aside time at the end so you can get those Insta-worthy shots of your best aerial shapes. Want to take it up a notch? You can hire our in-house photographer to capture professional, gravity-defying memories.
Is there a weight limit for aerial yoga?
No strict limits here! But if you’ve got a little extra love to give, just know the hammock might give you a little extra squeeze. Don’t worry—our instructors can provide modifications or padding to keep things comfy.

Where is the studio located, and where do I park?
We’re near downtown Phoenix with plenty of FREE parking—including our very own parking garage. Because the only thing better than an aerial yoga party is not having to stress about parking.
How does the mimosa bar work?
After class, you get to sip on mimosas and munch on mochi donuts—because you earned it! We’ll even play your favorite tunes to set the vibe. Feeling extra mystical? Add on Tarot card readings to get a glimpse into your future (spoiler: it’s fabulous). Want to take home a little magic? You can also create your own custom candle—so every time you light it, you’ll remember how awesome your aerial party was!
Is there a capacity?
We can host up to 24 people in each classroom (48 people total)! If you’ve got more than 12 in your group, we’ll curate a fun partner-style class. Think trust falls, but way cooler.
