Blended Palette Catering is a private chef and catering business run by Tara, a former pastry chef who trained in five-star hotels and country clubs before building a private chef practice on Kiawah Island, SC. She specializes in custom, in-home dining experiences for Charleston-area groups, from bachelorette parties and birthdays to corporate dinners and yacht deliveries, building each menu around the group's theme and any allergies or dietary needs. Full table styling comes standard, so the space is ready for photos before the first course goes out. Larger groups get a second Blended Palette team member on-site to keep service moving. Tara also partners with local mobile bar vendors for events that want drinks on hand.
