I went here late Monday evening near 9PM. I'm on a New England Coach Tour of Nashville from NH. The Mississippi Delta Catfish Platter was excellent. French Fries were perfect. The Coleslaw was not to MY liking, but I'm from New England - where many restaurants put a touch of Pineapple Juice in the Coleslaw to make it a touch sweeter. But, that's to my Personal taste. Abi was great - she brought me multiple cups of coffee with numerous half&half creamers.

The food at Champy’s was delicious and crispy! I ordered the three chicken tenders with fries and mac and cheese. The fries were perfectly cooked and Champy’s sauce had a small kick to it. Overall, the service and food were excellent.

Hailey, Sabrina and Lindsey all made our three visits a fun time. The food was delicious, plentiful and reasonably priced. Kassidy the manager runs a well organized team that shows they are enjoying what they are doing. We will be back next December, Pig said so.

Great place, waitress was amazing, Owner was at bar eating, should walk around and meet his guests but that’s me… overall great …

Abi was our server. She was wonderful! We came for brunch on a Friday. I had the burrito and my husband had the chicken biscuit! All of the food was delicious and I will be back the next time we are in Nashville!

Nothing but amazing things to say about Champy's! We were staying nearby and looking for a good restaurant that was open late and had good reviews - and man, did we pick an amazing spot! Our waitress, Mimi, was extremely kind and thoughtful from the moment we sat down. We had great conversation with her, she was very accommodating about my seafood allergy, and she had great recommendations! We ordered the jalapeño hush puppies and key lime pie (both that she recommended) and they were phenomenal. This restaurant was at the top of our list by the end of our trip!

First time coming to this place and I have to say, AWESOME!!!! I was here for a couple of days and I felt as if I was striking out when it came to the food in Nashville. Surprising this place has redeemed all of my horrible experiences. Also our waitress Mimi was a joy to have and she put up with all of my horrible dad jokes.

Lunch | $10–20 This was a great place. Loved the atmosphere and our waitress was knowledgeable and also just fun to talk to. The food was inexpensive and done well. Honestly, we were headed to another restaurant but there was a line out the door and an hour wait. So we came here. The food was amazing. I thought tamales were a weird choice given the theme of the rest of the menu. But they were great! The fried catfish and fried chicken were perfect as well.

Everything was amazing! Great Nashville Hot chicken! Tried the tamales and coleslaw, also the max and cheese with gouda was soooo hood! Gumbo was great too!! Highly recommend as a stop while in town, and theyre open late! Thank you!

I’ve always been a fan of champy’s since I went to school in Athens at UGA. I was so excited when I found out they were coming to Nashville. Today, they saved me from the ice storm with hot fresh chicken, fried pickles, and some fantastic sides. Caleb at the bar was very kind and attentive, even being only 1 of 2 people running the place for the day. Highly recommend the food, service, and atmosphere!

Leah was exceptional! She made great recommendations on what to eat, is incredibly friendly and with a full crowded bar- don’t miss a beat. Thank you for a great Valentines Day and for your exceptional service. We are so happy we spend most of our stay here in Nashville here.

Awesome experience! Great food and atmosphere. Their menu is unlike any other place downtown, which makes it unique. Chicken was delicious and we specifically loved the jambalaya and tamales. Perfect spot for concerts, game days, or Sunday Funday! Our new favorite spot for sure

We can’t really rate the atmosphere because we Doordashed. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. It’s hard to find hot tamales. It’s been years since I’ve had them. My husband loved his chicken livers which I don’t eat😂
