Had an amazing experience at this bar and restaurant thanks to Aidin and Dany! Aidin was the bartender for the night, and he absolutely nailed every drink. The cocktails were perfectly made, creative, and served with great energy and personality. You can tell he really knows his craft and enjoys what he does. Dany was our server, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and professional, he made sure everything came out perfectly and kept checking in to make sure we had a great time. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively, and the combination of Aidin behind the bar and Dany serving made the whole night unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place with amazing drinks, great food, and top-tier hospitality, this is definitely the spot!

If you’re in the Dobbs Ferry area, Harper’s is definitely worth a visit. The food is consistently delicious, with great quality and flavor in every dish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting—perfect for a night out or a casual meal with friends. What really stands out is the staff. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. On top of that, they always have amazing specials that keep things fresh and exciting. Overall, great food, awesome atmosphere, and amazing service—you really can’t go wrong here!

It was my first time going in and I didn't really know what to order. Thankfully I had a great waiter, Aidin, who helped me navigate the menu. He helped me pick a great dinner and an amazing cocktail. Food didn't take too long and , for me, was was well portioned. The atmosphere felt a little stiff for me, but Aidin helped me relax by cracking actually funny jokes. Overall great food and outstanding service. Looking forward to coming back!

Saturday night, my husband and I ended up eating at Harpers because the Cookery had “run out of food” by 8:30pm! I work in Dobbs and had passed Harper‘s a few times. And it looked like a nice place to try. We really enjoyed the night, it was very lively, staff friendly, ate outside on the back porch with heat lamps and the food was excellent. Portions were “post covid on the small side” but cooked really well and delicious. I had the pork chop with broccoli rabe and my husband had the fresh made pasta. Didn’t take any photos since I was, in the moment and not intending to write a review. When we left the bar was full, there was a private party in the side room and we got to experience the warm atmosphere with wine bottles decorating the walls. Upon exiting, we chatted with the maître d' who was equally warm and friendly. Will return for happy hour! The drinks look interesting.

Our first time trying Harper’s and we will definitely be back. Pre-fix was the perfect amount of delicious food - salmon, French onion soup (one of the best we’ve had), and the homemade bread was outstanding. Great vibe and super friendly service. Check out happy hour too!

So let me begin by saying if you live in the area and haven't visited this place, you're doing a disservice to your existence! Sorry for being dramatic but hey, shame on you! I went in tonight looking for a mean classic Old Fashioned. What a woman has to do to find good drink these days! But to my relief, this place had Toni working behind the bar who served me the perfect, no exaggeration here, Old Fashioned. As much as I loved the notes of the drink, I fell in love with the cherry. Upon asking I was told Sarah, the genius behind not just the cherry but also their cocktail menu, was around. She was kind enough to tell me her recipe for those delectable cherries. Now if you want to know more about those, you have to visit Harper's! I am only giving this review for free, not Sarah's perfectly crafted cherry recipe! I ordered Harper's Burger for dinner. The burger was splendid to stay the least. The fries were well done as well, they were so good that I had to stuff my insides because I didn't want them to go to waste. Forgive me Father, for I have gluttony-ed! I also happened to meet the owners tonight. Ajna is a sweetheart. Muki (I hope I am not butchering the name) is incredible. Edi could use some work but he redeemed himself by offering to split with me an Old Fashioned on the house. I've never heard of anyone splitting a drink with me before, and I do not wish to split a drink with an owner of any establishment ever again. But I can't deny that all three of them were very gracious, as were Toni and Sarah. They have incredible wine tastings on Thursdays. A must visit spot if you want a good drink or just need to decompress. The ambience will definitely help you unwind. This place is no fluke. Go experience it for yourself!

not my first time here, but came again for restaurant week and was reminded why Harper’s is maybe the best restaurant in Westchester. we ordered the fried brussels sprouts (you need to get this just trust me) and the poached calamari to start. calamari was perfectly tender and well dressed. then we got the rainbow trout and the fried duck. rainbow trout tastes like health and wellness in the best way possible and the fried duck is like the ultimate joy of hedonism except it doesn’t even feel that excessive bc it doesn’t sit heavy in your stomach and the duck just wants to fall apart in your mouth so it’s just right yaknow? then we finished with the blood orange sorbet and the salted caramel pot de crème which tastes the way a $7000 plain white tee hangs, it’s unassuming but also luxurious and perfect. the sorbet was also tart and amazing, great texture. tl;dr eat at harper’s you won’t regret it

The atmosphere is dimly lit with low music surrounded by low conversation. There’s outdoor seating in the backyard which is perfect on a nice day/night. The service is friendly & attentive & the mixologist drinks are top tier!
