Perfect place for a celebration! We had a birthday dinner with 20+ people and we couldn’t have been happier with how SKÅL hosted all of us. From the beginning when we first reached out, they were so helpful and patient with us in the process of booking the party and building the perfect menu. We tried everything from cocktails and mead, to the salmon and chicken feast with appetizers in between and it did not disappoint! The presentation of the Viking Feast was the stand out for sure. The experience, overall, was exactly what we were wanting for a fun night with a big group. Would definitely recommend!

I had there Salmon Feast for my birthday and it was absolutely worth it. The atmosphere was wonderful, the beer was strong, and the service was amazing! Highly recommend!

We had our welcome party for our wedding here and it was absolutely dreamy!! I am so happy I worked on our private event with the team. It was such a wonderful event the food was delicious and everything went according to plan. A 10/10

Me and my wife went here for an anniversary and we had the Thor's hammer Viking feast. The food and the service was excellent. The Mead was really good.

This is a really special place. I can't think of any restaurants like it. Not only do they have a fantastic menu, but the decor and events round out this restaurant. You can get everything from modern Scandinavian staples like sausages and meatballs to increasingly Viking themed skewers, all the way to giant feasts featuring whole roasted animals. Great mead selection along with the non-alcoholic options.

As a Minnesota native of Scandinavian descent, I could not have loved this place more (I had no idea Seattle had so much nordic heritage). The whole place looks like it belongs in a Viking longship, and you can tell how much effort was put into all the details. They had a good beer selection, a bunch of tasty meads, and aquavit cocktails (the Odin Fashioned was delicious). Plus, they have some fun surprises like the shot sword.

I booked half of Skal for my 50th birthday. I ordered the roast suckling pig and the Gjetost Cheesecake for me and 30+ of my friends. Adam and his team were very attentive and helpful in setting up the event and then hosting it. Because we were gathering at a Scandinavian beer hall with long tables, a huge fireplace with a carving of Odin overhead, we, of course, were all dressed up in Viking kits. The feast was excellent and a good deal as far as I am concerned. Big celebrations aside, my friends and I gather here often for dinner/drinks. They have great talks there too. Highly recommend!

We booked the entire hall at Skal for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome party. It could not have been better. The cozy tavern with a roaring fire was the perfect backdrop for a winter wedding event. We had an intimate dinner for 22 with several of the Viking Feast options carried out on massive wooden planks (a real show stopper!) and then later additional guests who had traveled in for the wedding joined the party for more drinks (everything from 'shot swords' to mocktails were a big hit) and appetizer platters. The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff was excellent. They communicated thoroughly during the planning process and anticipated our every need. The party exceeded everyone's expectations and our guests are still raving about the wonderful evening. I would highly recommend Skal as a location for any private party, a truly unique and satisfying experience in every way! Thank you, Skal, for an incredibly memorable event!
