I loved the crab tacos. It has a spiciness on the aftertaste that could be too much for some people, I found it very tasteful.

Excellent service and presentation. Food was fairly plain, but still enjoyed it. Our waitress was so sweet. Nice atmosphere.

Came back with my mom for brunch Mother’s Day. The experience was exceptional, food was great and the service was fast. I loved the butterfly release experience, flowers and everything about this place. We will definitely be back

I came back to Carcara for brunch for the second time, and it definitely confirmed why I wanted to return. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, perfect for a weekend brunch vibe. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and everything felt well-paced. The food continues to impress. You can tell there’s real thought put into both the presentation and the flavors. From the freshness of the ingredients to the creativity in the dishes, it stands out from your typical brunch spot. The drinks were also on point and paired perfectly with the meal. Overall, Carcara delivers a consistently great experience. Whether it’s your first visit or a return like mine, it’s a place that keeps you coming back.

So happy to celebrate another holiday Brunch at the CaraCara restaurant in the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix. We have been coming here to celebrate Easter and Mother’s Day for years. So many of the Scottsdale resorts have dissolved their holiday brunches. We found the Sheraton‘s brunch to be exceptional in service, quality, and selection. We were greeted by three friendly receptionist who offered the professional photography service that was available as part of the brunch experience. As soon as we were seated, we were approached by two very friendly servers, Allen and Adin I believe their names were. Constantly clearing our table and refilling our drinks with a smile, engaging in conversation when appropriate. The restaurant was very well staffed and the buffet displays were outstanding.The ice sculpture seafood station was a big hit with our family, offering a great selection to include crab claw. The glazed salmon on the carving station was amazing. The pastry/ dessert station was endless! Kudos to the pastry chef, all of these items were unique and very tasty. The dining room manager (Joseph?) stopped by to visit us and then again to wish us well as we were leaving as he offered the ladies a rose. Our kids saw chef (Dominique) on the floor checking on the brunch, they approach her to thank her, she came over to our table to say hello. -parking was very close & easy as we parked at the Sheraton. Our server validated our ticket as we left. I don’t usually write these reviews, I wanted to share our recent experience at CaraCara. We will be back for dinner soon!

We came in for my brother-in-law’s birthday brunch and had such an amazing experience from start to finish! The service was incredible — everyone was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they really care about both the food and the customer experience. What really stood out was how special they made my brother-in-law feel on his birthday. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate him and made our whole group feel appreciated. It turned a great meal into a really memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

Beautiful scenery and menu was amazing! Lots of options and drinks were also great. Staff was friendly and building was well kept.

We did the wine walk tonight and it was a great set up. The staff was so friendly. The wine was delicious. I really like the wine by the unknown author as well as ARCHETYPE The people pouring we’re friendly welcoming, and it was a great experience. Thank you so much Sheraton for making a fun event.

Not sure if this is owned by the hotel or just connected, but it was amazing! Trendy ambience, great for a girl’s night or date night. The steak was cooked PERFECTLY - medium rare and more on the rare side. I swapped for risotto, which was everything I imagined it would be. Brought a visitor from out of town, so this was a great experience for both of us. Service was great because they didn’t check in too often and just allowed us to have a relaxing and not rushed dinner. There were only late reservations, but I made a note about wanting earlier and they called me and made it happen! Hydration salad needs more dressing or something!

Had an incredible breakfast experience today! Ismael was my waiter, and his positive attitude completely made my morning. Exceptional, friendly service, definitely will be coming back!

We had Mother's Day Brunch at 10am and it was wonderful. Crab legs, shrimp, roast beef, salads and incredible dessert displays. My son and I loved it.

Friendly staff

Our server was the best part of our experience. Totally forgot his name, but he is middle-easter, i think. We celebrated my daughter's graduation. The looked and tasted amazing. Our server stayed on top of everything, he was more amazing then the food, complemented a brownie desert to die for, to celebrate. We will be returning soon.

Was able to get a private room for a party of 9 adults for dinner via Joseph the manager. Arieal, the hostess was great and our waiter - Aidin - was outstanding! Great service, great environment and great food and wonderful desserts. This is not a Denny's - this is a high end restaurant- kudos to the management!

Love this place. Food was so good. Had couple app. The bread and butter was great, but the Green Chile corn chowder was the best!.

Agnes was our server and she was absolutely phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Managers Jerry and Jeff were also visible on the floor and took the time to check in on our table, which really showed how much they care about their guests. It’s rare to see such a seamless team. Highly recommend!"

A really wonderful experience, from service to drinks to the food. We were coming from the Diamondbacks game, so I was a bit concerned that I was far too underdressed, so called ahead and spoke with Gracie, who informed me there was no dress code. Turned out, she was our waitress for the evening and was absolutely wonderful. The poblano risotto, hamburger, and french fries were all extremely good. Carcara Is officially in the rotation for dinner after the baseball games.

Food was great. Our service Ismael was great and very friendly.
