I’ve visited many other locations, but none compare to the Waikiki beach location. They have a charming little shop for guests, and I was seated and greeted immediately. Our server was bright, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She maintained a lively conversation and excellent service throughout the night, even while managing multiple tables. She cleared our courses promptly without rushing us to the bill. The food was beautifully plated, and the steak was of high quality. The champagne was a delightful addition. The staff’s synergy and teamwork were evident, making the dining experience truly exceptional!!!

Jody provided outstanding service tonight at Hard Rock Honolulu! From the moment we were seated, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our drinks stayed full, the food recommendations were spot on, and everything arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. What really stood out was Jody’s positive attitude and attention to detail. They made us feel like valued guests and turned a great meal into an exceptional experience. If you’re dining at Hard Rock Honolulu, I highly recommend asking for Jody—you won’t be disappointed. You cannot go wrong visiting the Honolulu HRC We spent most of our time in the Rock Shop. I collect Hard Rock shirts and pins and found an abundance of each at this location. The Honolulu Hard Rock is the only one in the Hawaiian islands so make sure you visit. Pro tip: show the cashier your AAA card for a 10% discount!!!!! ALSO parking is a challenge so you should walk here or take a ride share. Be sure to look for the special pin display in the shape of a wave.

Great place to not only eat, but enjoy the atmosphere as well. PsychoTropical was playing as a live band, and they were great.

Great place beautiful and comfy. Very different than any other Hard Rock cafe i have visited. Delicious food. But from 3 plates we ordered tha gajitas where and are quite small. Everything else is of great quantity and taste. And the desseer hot fudge brownie very good also.

The food, staff, and atmosphere were wonderful. Our server was great, quickly making the kids laugh while they ordered and behaved well. The live performances by the singers were a delightful treat. The only downside is that someone comes to take pictures of your table, but the prices are way too high. Also, what happens to the pictures we don’t purchase?

We brought our high school boys from Christian Brothers Academy of Albany New York to perform out front of the Hard Rock Cafe and then headed inside for dinner afterward. From start to finish, the staff handled our 32-person group incredibly well. Everything was organized, smooth, and impressively efficient for a group our size. The food was good, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere—both inside and out—made the whole experience even better. It’s not easy coordinating a large school group, but Hard Rock Cafe pulled it off with professionalism and a great vibe. Highly recommend for group outings or anyone looking for a fun, well-run dining experience.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Service was fast and friendly. Food was also very good and you get a 20% discount in the store if you eat at the restaurant. The Spicy smashed burger was really good.

LoveJack on the cello was live and direct upfront and personal. Was half full and service was little slow but the food was great. After trying all kinds of local foods coming back to reality briefly was good for dinner. Ordered a Margherita flatbread, Messy Chicken sandwich and twisted chicken noodles needed salt.

We had a wonderful experience at Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu. Lexi was very helpful, she explained some of the adult drinks, which helped in decision making and which was spot on. The food came fairly quickly and hot. Lexi was the highlight, though. She was super friendly, very helpful, and was very funny. Thank you Lexi for a great time.
