Hard a great time. Southern hospitality amazing. The server was extremely attentive and helpful. Then the manager comes over and he had all of us laughing. We told him we were from Detroit and he told us we bought the could weather with us. I've eaten at other Hard Rock locations, but by fare this was the best experience I've had in a long time. Keep up the great work...

Our 1st time in New Orleans and our 1st stop was dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. our waitress was 337210 Naquika, she was kind and took good care of us even took a great family picture with the Hard Rock logo in the background. The food was great, cool memorabilia on the walls all with a New Orleans vibe. Only minutes from our hotel on Canal street. Not a fan of Bourbon street. BTW don't drive in New Orleans.

Janique was amazing. She was so inviting and seemed genuinely happy to serve us. She was so sweet and helpful the entire time. Bryon the manager also made sure to check on us multiple times. We had a great visit.

Carlisa was our waitress and the manager Jerry. We ate at the Hard Rock Hotel in New Orleans and it was SO good. I had the Smashburger and the Hurricane, and both were absolutely perfect. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right — one of those meals you’re still thinking about later. 😋 The Hurricane was strong, delicious, and exactly what you want when you’re in New Orleans. The atmosphere was fun, the service was great, and everything came out fresh and fast. If you’re visiting NOLA, this spot is 100% worth it. We’ll definitely be back! The manager was super nice and it gave our 4-year-old a messi toy. Highly recommend

I recently visited the Hard Rock Cafe in New Orleans and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I ordered the New York strip, and it was absolutely delicious — cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and seasoned just right. Every bite was amazing! What made the night even more special was the personal touch from the kitchen head chef, Mr. Kendall, who took the time to come out and greet me and my guest. That level of hospitality really stood out and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Great food plus outstanding customer service made this a night to remember. I will definitely be back and highly recommend stopping by if you’re in New Orleans!

Everything was fantastic! From the burgers to the appetizers, you can’t go wrong with anything you choose here! Loved our sweet server Michelle!

This place was beyond perfect. The staff was amazing and helpful. The food was outstanding and the service was spot on. Took my kids for a dessert as we ended up making this our favorite spot. My daughter thinks she is a superstar now courtesy of of the staff. Will be back soon!!

Great service. Like better than anywhere else we dined in NOLA, but wayyy to much food. I was Hungry. Beleive you me after two flights I was ready to eat, but two chicken breasts on a sandwich? Ridiculous. I could've split a burger. Very tasty. Be sure your hotel has a fridge because the chicken sandwich will fil you up.

Cian, and Jerry the manager were amazing. Gave me a birthday shot and brownie sundae, cracked jokes, fed us good and plenty and gave me the best hard rock experience ever. It was cool from the heat, had good music, and an outstanding bartender

Why do we go to The Hard Rock Café? Because it is filled with memorabilia from some of the world's greatest musical legends. Simple. We go there for the atmosphere and exceptional food and chat over the items displayed and talk about our hero's. I have been to many Hard Rock Cafes around the world and I can hand on heart say that New Orleans is the best I have seen. This doesn't stem from the items, it comes from the outstanding service I received from their own wee legend John Ernst. Now this humble man is also a muso and one of his guitars is also up on display. What makes him a superstar was his "can do attitude" and the fact he bent over backwards to help me with my every need. John was so helpful the first time I went there, I ended up going back the next day and purchased more treasures. A big thank you to John and staff for making this trip to HRC New Orleans so memorable. I am also grateful for bar staff member who offered to take my photo on the stage and a wee tour. Your personality was so gregarious it was infectious. On a personal note to John, without your ray of awesomeness it wouldn't have been the same. Thank you for sharing my passion for music and ensuring I had some fabulous items to take home with me and for my family. The HRC is incredibly lucky to have you there and so are the patrons.
