What is Clothing Optional?
During our normal open pool-hours our members and day-pass guests are allowed to enjoy the sun and water au natural. We are a fully textile-optional courtyard in the European sense, not the pick-up way. ALL body types, genders, presentations, nationalities, and abilities join us daily and are enthusiastically welcome!
Is there on-site parking?
The street parking is free and unlimited, we do not have a valet service or parking lot
Is the pool and spa heated year-round?
For at least 10 months a year we heat the pool and spa, or at least the spa. During snow, or times of freezing temps the pool is not heated. For full buyout packages, the pool and spa are heated
Is there an age limit?
Yes! With the exception of full-facility buyouts we are a 21+ adult-only facility

We specialize in one of a kind stays that welcome the authenticity of the individual - "come as you are" isn't just our slogan, it is an invitation to a way of life. All bodies, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and orientations are welcome!
Is your location secure?
We very much think it is, we have balanced between privacy of our guests and their security. Surrounded with 9' courtyard walls, exterior security and lighting systems, individualized code-based entry, and a live-in Innkeeper are all reasons you should feel safe during your stay with us. Additional security guards and staff can be added to any event for an additional fee
What amenities do you offer?
