November 2025 • Bachelorette Party

Louis Park Hotel made her weekend! You’re close to everything, the rooms are super clean, and the whole place feels cute and comfortable. The staff were friendly from the start to finish and went out of their way to make our trip special - They even surprise us with mimosas on day two! It was the perfect spot for my daughter’s bachelorette/30th birthday weekend. I’d stay here again without thinking twice.

We stayed in the Fountain room. The grounds are safe and secure. I really appreciated the gated parking. There was no problems accessing the gate or the room. Instructions were very clear. The room was well appointed and I especially appreciated the coffee station! These are older buildings, so there were a few cracks in the walls, but that was fine with me. The rug could have used some vacuuming, but everything else was super clean! The property is beautiful. The proximity to the Quarter was great. I would definitely recommend!

Our stay here was incredible. Cody and the staff looked after us completely and were very hospitable. Spacious rooms, and nice areas to chill out in around the main courtyard. Easy walk to Bourbon St and Frenchman. Highly recommend staying here if visiting New Orleans

Sad to say my wife and I are leaving here tomorrow. The rooms and the garden areas are beautiful and comfortable. Kyle was quick to answer all my questions regarding the reservations, parking and code entrances to all doors. Special shout out to Lori where she sat down with me and gave me several ideas of places to see, places to eat and things to do. The whole staff smiled and took care of any request made. They made our stay the best it could be. Any time we come back we will definitely stay here. The Louis Park Hotel is a tucked away gem that we were lucky to have found.

I’ve stayed at a few high-end hotels in New Orleans, but this last-minute booking at Louis Park Hotel has officially become one of my favorites. Tucked just off Louis Armstrong Park at the edge of Tremé, the location couldn’t be more perfect. It is charming, peaceful, and just a short walk to the French Quarter. The “room” was more like your own mini Creole cottage and beautifully designed with everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay (not to mention clean!). There’s a sense of authenticity and warmth here that’s hard to find elsewhere. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was Kyle. His genuine hospitality, attentiveness, and kindness made me feel not only welcome but completely at ease—something that meant the world to me on my first solo trip. I felt as if I pestered him with one of my requests but if I did, he never let on and was professional from start to finish. If you’re looking for a spot that feels both boutique and personal, with a taste of real New Orleans charm, this is it. I’ll absolutely be back!

We loved everything about Louis Park! We were in the Marsalis - two large bedrooms, (King in one, 2 Queen in the other), shared bathroom, kitchen, living room. Perfect for parents and adult daughter. Room was spotless, A-C was great, Kyle was very welcoming. Liked the room code locks for the main gate and the room. We were carless, but there is on-site parking within the "compound" of cottages. (Not really a hotel - better!) On our first visit to NOLA we liked that it was just around the corner from a Hop On/Hop Off stop, and the next stop was the visitor center - lots of info, great staff for questions, coffee bar, and gift shop. We walked across the French Quarter later in the day back to the Louis Park - not a bad walk the week after Labor Day. We really liked having so much space to relax and the kitchen for our drinks and snacks (coffee included.) Much nicer than a hotel room! Next to the Louis Armstrong park. Also on the metropolitan bus route.

We stayed at The Louis Park Hotel for my mother’s 70th birthday weekend and had the best experience! Our family of 20 rented the Parkside Villas, then transitioned into the Crescent Trio with no issues as some family members departed. The staff (special shout-out to Lori, Wanda, and Nick) were welcoming and kind, and the property itself was clean, serene, and beautifully maintained. Kyle, the General Manager, went above and beyond from the moment I reached out he was attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. Not one person in our group had a single complaint, and that says a lot! It’s hard to recommend this place only because I want to keep it a secret gem. But truly, it’s safe, beautiful, and one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

This review is long over due, but very much owed to the amazing staff at Louis Park Hotel. My husband and I, and much of my family, stayed here for our wedding weekend back in May. Our experience was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and reflected authentic New Orleans charm. We rented six rooms that the wedding party and family used. It is an excellent location if you'd like to accommodate a large group, but still have some privacy. We used two of the rooms as getting ready spaces the day of the wedding. They were plenty spacious for my bridesmaids and makeup artist to set up and get ready in. It was such a pleasant and relaxing stay, that contributed to the success of our wedding. The location is amazing. We were able to walk to our wedding venue in the heart of the French Quarter. And several of our guests continued their stay here after the wedding, and were able to do most of their sightseeing on foot. Most importantly, we worked with Kyle who was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He was clear and respectful about what we could and couldn't do on the property. He was prompt to reply to our many questions. Our whole stay he ensured our group had everything we needed. He really helped make the weekend a success and I deeply appreciate his professionalism. I'd highly recommend staying here for your next New Orleans adventure.

Excellent hotel for a large group! They were super accommodating for my group of 18, everyone in my group had a great time here. Private parking was a huge plus, and there’s an indoor and an outdoor commons area for everyone to hang out after a long day exploring the city. Rooms were very clean and climate controls working great especially in the summer heat. By far my most favorite hotel in NOLA

I had such a great stay at Louis Park Hotel. From the moment I arrived, Kyle and Wanda were so warm and welcoming. They answered all my questions and made me feel right at home. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and super comfortable and have everything you could need. Each one has a fridge, coffee machine, and microwave which was such a bonus. The shared kitchen and lounge area is a really nice touch and made the stay feel more personal and relaxed than a typical hotel. The location is also amazing. It is close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. I already cannot wait to come back and stay again. Highly recommend.
