Enjoy a private indoor-outdoor paradise just minutes from the French Quarter and Garden District. The house features an expansive backyard complete with a year-round heated pool and hot tub, indoor/outdoor speakers, outdoor kitchen, tiki bar, and a lush garden filled with tropical plants. Inside, you'll find a spacious double height living and dining room, a 85" HDTV, and custom built dining table that seats 10 people.

Sam was very responsive. His communications were clear. The house was beautiful. The only downside was that there weren't tv's in all the bedrooms... but we knew that going in. It's about 10 minutes from all the social spots one would want to go to in this lovely city. We truly enjoyed this home away from home and would highly recommend it.

The home was fantastic! I brought my 4 and 5-year-old kids for Mardi Gras, and we had a blast. It’s just a 20-minute walk to Napoleon and St. Charles, where we watched the parades. The pool and hot tub were incredible, and having two sets of washers and dryers made laundry for our group so much easier.

This is our second visit to this house. We love all the space for the family to spread out. Everyone gets a quiet and comfy bedroom. The beds are awesome and the linens are high quality. It's great having a washer and dryer upstaiirs and downstairs. The living room and couch hold lots of people comfortably. We cooked and swam and felt at home. There are plenty of bathrooms so everyone can get ready at once. The back yard and pool are such a bonus. There is a great sound system and the TV is huge to watch sports. We could walk or Uber everywhere easily and there are several wonderful grocery stores near by. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe during out visit.

Overall great experience. The host was very responsive and assisted us in anyway possible. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy with a couple abandoned houses nearby and police officers always around. The house itself matched the description and is very spacious. Loved my time there and would recommended for anyone looking for a nice big home to stay in.

This home is exactly as pictured. Not only is it thoughtfully laid out and beautifully decorated, I believe it has the most comfortable beds and plush bedding I have ever encountered. We really enjoyed all of the artwork and heated pool as well. 10/10.

I booked Sam’s place for my 50th birthday weekend. I am so glad I did. The place was immaculate. My favorite part was the Jacuzzi. I was having a pain flare up that weekend, and the Jacuzzi really made it bearable. Any concerns we handled timely and graciously. 10/10.

Beautiful house, the artwork, design, and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The pool and spa were really lovely as well. Very fast and helpful response from hosts as well. As stated in other reviews, the area wasn't the best at night, but we did feel very comfortable driving where we needed to go, and while inside the house. This did not effect our stay, but something to be aware of.

We had an amazing time here - it is such a perfect location for groups, with an extra "bedroom" that's not even listed. The pool was perfect, the sound system was a lovely discovery, the kitchen is spectacular, the museum / gallery-quality artwork (including artist's description) was spectacular. Can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved this property! It had everything we needed for our stay and all 8 of us had our own beautifully decorated space. Sam was extremely responsive and so generous with us during our stay. Our only comment would be the pricing but we knew what we signed up for in coming for a Taylor Swift concert; the price tag just stung a bit;) Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book this property with this host, everything was top notch!!

Amazing place. This house is the perfect pairing to the best the city has to offer. It has local art and history throughout the place. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I can’t say enough good things about it, the hosts did an amazing job designing the place. If you’re looking to experience New Orleans, this is the best place to do it.
