great place and a great value.
We had a great experience staying at Sam’s even in New Orleans Snomagedon 2025.
House was very accommodating for a large group.
Great place to stay in Nola with friends or family. Enough room and rooms that you never feel like you're all over each other.
A beautiful, private space in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a half dozen or more guests. Only a short walk to St. Charles and Magazine Street and very short drive/Uber to other sites around town. Highly recommended!
We had a great time! Thank you!
Great place for large groups or family gatherings in New Orleans!
Great place to stay in NOLA! Hosts were very responsive and friendly to communicate with on our stay. Would recommend for large groups staying in the area.
We had such a great time great communication nice place clean and let us have late check out cause our flight was delayed .
Sam’s house was amazing! We were a group of ten and we absolutely loved it. We were able to enjoy the pool in mid November. There’s no closets and I would recommend getting some scissors. Definitely, was needed. We were able to decorate for a birthday during our visit. We can’t wait to return.
Beautiful house and lovely backyard. The house was clean and well equipped. Street noise at night was loud because it’s on a busy street but otherwise private.
This is by far the most unique place I've stayed. Every room had an artistic touch, truly encompassing the New Orlean's spirit. Extremely spacious, with all the amenities you could think of to match the vibes. The back yard and pool were just as stunning as the photos. The host was more than accessible at any given time, and the check out was the easiest I've ever had. The location seemed to be "up-and-coming", but not too terrible.
We had a super fun time using the pool after being out all day. The pool was a great temperature and we loved the vibe of the house. Cool murals. Nicely designed. Comfortable and clean. Would see definitely rent again if we came back. Thank you!
Would recommend this place to anyone. The pool was beautiful and clean and the house was amazing. Looked exactly like the pictures. Not only this though, but the hosts were the most responsive of any place that I’ve stayed. There was a large TV in the outdoor area that was giving us issues and they quite literally bought a new tv and replaced it within 24 hours of us letting them know. They also were super responsive to any other questions we had. Could not have asked for a better stay. Thanks for having us!
Had a bachelorette party with the girls and it was SO much fun. We took full advantage of the pool, and the house was close enough to DT that Ubers were super affordable, yet far enough where it was peaceful to sleep.
This place was absolutely incredible! Everything was so well decorated, so comfortable, we had plenty of what we needed. They even had coffee and filters for us, and came to the property in 10 minutes when we had a minor concern about something. Would recommend to anyone!!
Amazing stay, looks exactly like the pics. Great pool experience, great spot to bbq in the back and everything was comfortable.
Sam’s place was excellent! The entire home was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly clean but still very homey. We had 9 people, and it felt like the perfect amount of space. The beds were cozy, the water pressure/heat worked well. WiFi and entry codes were easy to use. It is about a 15 min drive to most of the touristy stuff, but we could walk to a bunch of nice restaurants and it was easy to catch public transit/uber/lyft. We had a great time. Thanks so much!
Beautiful home!!! Spacious....plenty of room for everyone. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Backyard was great. After enjoying New Orleans by day, we hung out by the sitting area and jacuzzi by night. Quiet neighborhood. In close proximity(10-15 mins) to Superdome, Smoothie King Center, convention center, Bourbon street, Canal street, Frenchmen street etc. If I had a medium to large size party, I would definitely stay here again.
The location is great for the parades, just a short walk off the Uptown parade route. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. The hosts were friendly and responsive and I couldn't ask for an easier checkout. My two small critiques are that there wasn't any recycling offered and that the beds weren't comfortable. I'm probably being a little picky about the beds but all of us has the same thought after sleeping on them.
Beautiful, well appointed home set up for a big group with great amenities. Very comfortable beds- overall a luxurious place to stay and close to everything by uber!
What a gem of a house! The unique artwork and decor of this house definitely gives off the vibe of staying in the Big Easy. We had seven guests, and there was plenty of room for us to spend together eating, hanging out, and cooking. The backyard, with the grill, pool, and outdoor television, was a great oasis. The neighborhood appears to be a bit older (which is the raw beauty of New Orleans and its history), but it is definitely up-and-coming. There were quite a few community projects and local shops and restaurants in the immediate area and I'd be excited to visit again to see the neighborhood's character development. Sam was a wonderful host, always helpful and quick to respond.
We had a lot of fun staying at the house. Everything was clean. The water pressure was great. It was a convenient neighborhood. I highly recommend this for future groups.
Sam was always responsive and super friendly and flexible. As a group of only women, the only bad thing I can say is that the location wasn’t the most ideal and at times felt unsafe but honestly still didn’t feel super scared or anything. Other than that, it had everything we needed and was a great experience!
This was the perfect place for hosting my bday festivities. Great central location with most must see places located within 10-15 mins away. The heated pool was an added plus despite the cool temps outside. Very clean and organized. Easy to make your home away from home while on vacation.
We had a group of 10 and we're visiting New Orleans to celebrate a birthday and do some tourism. This house was perfect for our group - with ample space for everyone, centrally located, and great amenities that came in handy especially for grilling. The host was incredibly accommodating for our check-in and check-out times. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a big group!
Great hosts! Amazing backyard and pool area!
this place was well worth the money! it was clean, the grill/heated pool actually worked and they had plenty of things that you would need for the stay (toilet paper, dish pods, detergent, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner/body bash, a vacuum and broom). i’ve seen a lot of bnb’s that are really stingy with that kind of stuff, so this was like christmas lol. also, a bonus is the checkout. the instructions were: hey, throw out your food and we got the rest. i’ve been to some bnb’s where they ask you a million things to do before you leave and it makes you question what the cleaning fee is for. overall, a great place and would definitely stay here again!!
We stayed at this beautiful New Orleans home for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spacious, stylish, and immaculately maintained. We especially loved the pool area—it was such a fun and relaxing spot for the group. There were plenty of bathrooms and all were well stocked, which made getting ready a breeze.
Amazing place! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Great for groups. Highly recommend!
This Airbnb is a gem. It looked even better than the pictures & it was very spacious and clean. The location seems to be still developing but it wasn’t much of an issue for our group. Ubers to anywhere were between $10-20 so transportation was affordable. Overall great place to stay definitely the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in personally.
This is one of my favorite luxury rentals I have ever stayed in. The backyard is so beautiful. There were so many well thought out details and amenities. I really enjoyed the black makeup removing wash clothes. The art in the home was beautiful and gave it a museum feel. This is what I would want my dream home to be. It is convenient to the French Quarter. There were multiple stores near by and a shopping center close by. The people in the neighborhood were kind. I love this home and will be staying here during future trips back to New Orleans
Amazing space, everything flows really and all the details thought out. Perfect for a large group. The heated pool + living room and kitchen space really sets this place apart. Kind of hard to leave but when you do head over to Columns a nearby hotel and bar that has maybe the best martini I’ve ever had. Or, if you like dives, go to Qui Qui’s a few blocks away. Could say more but you get the point.
We enjoyed our stay! Well stocked kitchen, nice appliances, very clean throughout, and plenty of space. The pool was so fun and the outdoor area and deck was used frequently. Location wasn’t our favorite. Adding a TV in each bedroom would be ideal. But overall an awesome experience!
GORGEOUS house! Was perfect. Great host & location. Easy to uber anywhere in NOLA. Very spacious and great for our girls trip! Beds were SUPER comfy.
Sam, Max, and Nicole are very attentive and open to quickly addressing any issues, which I appreciated. They very helpfully accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which was great for our large group. The location is suburban, but 15 minute Ubers (even XLs) are very affordable to go to the French Quarter/other areas. Nearby is Lagniappe Bakery, Bearcat CBD, and other amazing food. Magazine St was also nearby and my favorite place to walk (as opposed to the French Quarter). There were minor issues with the hot tub, where we could not start do medium-high jet pressure and there was some dust on the bottom, which we alerted the owners of. In addition, if you have others staying at separate airbnbs, beware of the 10 person limit to occupancy (not just sleeping, but visiting as well). The shared pool, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room were really the icing on the cake. Overall, amazing airbnb for a great price!
Thanks for letting us stay here!
We had a great stay! The house was beautiful. We loved the free street parking. Everything we needed was available. No complaints.
The house itself is great. Everything inside the property is 10/10. The hot tub and pool are great. The interiors are wonderful. The neighborhood is a little dicey, don't go out without a large group. Be aware of your surroundings during the day and night. Close the street facing curtains.
We absolutely loved Sam's house! Such a great space for our big family. Everyone was able to have their own room and there are so many shared spaces to enjoy--inside and out. Lots of room to spread out. We'd love to stay again!
The house looked exactly like the pictures. Sam was very easy to work with and flexible with check in/check out. House is located near the beautiful lGarden District which gave you a great and different experience other than the French Quarter.
Great hosts, very nice inside and the backyard is enjoyable. Parking was a challenge at times, but we managed.
Sam was responsive and helpful – we had a nice time at the place :)
Sam was incredibly communicative and helpful when booking our stay in NOLA. The place was fantastic for our group, and I would recommend it for any group traveling to NOLA.
Can’t say enough great things about our stay! The house had so much charm! It was clean and very spacious! Sam was SO responsive and such a pleasure to work with! Thanks again! We will definitely be back!
The pictures don’t do this Airbnb justice! Such an amazing place for a group! The pool was heated and so fun for a big group! I stayed here for my sisters bachelorette and everyone said that “I crushed” picking out the Airbnb! Yay!
The set up was perfect for my husband and I hosting our adult children (20 something) friends. The 2 queen beds in two of the rooms was great since it allowed for each young person to have their own bed. Even though the pool was shared, we ended up having it to ourselves. The backyard set up was good for our group to be able to grill out and for all the hang out while some people hot tubbed. The location worked well since we both walked to the garden district/magazine street and took tram and bus to French Quarter. We rented bikes from Eric, at Arts District Bike Rentals for $20/day. Awesome way to get around. If walking, be aware of your surroundings as the area to the north is still transitioning plus some streets have construction. Still, we felt perfectly safe. If this location is not available for your dates, Sam and team has many other beautiful properties in NOLA and will definitely prioritize staying at one of them when we return to NOLA.
Great house for a group trip. Seven queen beds across five bedrooms, tons of main floor space, great backyard and pool access.
Great experience
Our group of 6 spent a week at Sam's place and it was fabulous - great gathering spaces inside and out for pool time, meals outside and watching a movie inside. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 of them all have their own bathrooms which was wonderful for our group. Sam and his team were super communicative and helped us right away when we had some issues with the parking gate opening and the coffee maker breaking. The downsides of the listing is that it is in a transitional neighborhood so not so safe walking at night in particular and there is only one off street parking space. In addition, there aren't spaces in the rooms to put your clothes away (only one room has a legit closet and the rest either have a tiny space or an extra bed to put clothes away) - not a deal breaker at all, just something to note. You are about a 20 minute walk from the St Charles streetcar, which we loved taking, and to the Garden district. Kitchen is well stocked for eating but not as much for cooking.
