Sam was amazing! He was super responsive and gave us very clear instructions. The home was so clean, came equipped with so many towels, and was exactly as described. Our group of 10 loved staying there. It was a 5 minute Uber to everything and a lot of amazing restaurants nearby.

The house was super cute, clean and loved the private pool with a large TV in the backyard. The neighborhood was a little rough, but we had no issues at all. Several stores and a few eating places within walking distance. Just minutes from downtown by car. Trolley within walking distance as well. Owners were very friendly and responded quickly. Overall, we had a great time!

This rental was great for our group to attend an event in New Orleans. Spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool.

Sam's place was the complete package. It was well designed, cozy, comfortable, and had enough room for all my friends. It was the perfect place to wake up and fall asleep at. It really felt like home. Sam was attentive, communicative, and cared about our experience. And he helped us with an early check-in. What more can I say. I'd absolutely stay here again.

My family enjoyed our pre-Christmas getaway and this place is everything we needed and more! Place looked just like pictures described and everything we needed to know was provided. Any concerns we had the host was very responsive and very accommodating! Great location and most things we did were very close and would love to come back in the summer to really enjoy the pool even though the pool is heated in the summer months(Great amenities to have)! Definitely recommend and will be staying anytime we come back to NOLA!

We had a wonderful experience at Sam’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect – within walking distance of serval places. Communication with the host was excellent; they were quick to respond to our messages and provided us with great local tips. Check-in was smooth, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area!

Man we had a time in this house it’s so close to everything and the house by itself is awesome other thing I would say is that room by the pool get cold at night other than that I have no complaints what so ever definitely will come back here again and again and again thanks Sam!!!

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our 2 families. We especially enjoyed the back yard and pool!! The canal streetcars are a short walk from the house giving us easy access to different parts of the city. Highly recommend
