The house is located on a busy street, but it remains quiet inside and in the backyard pool area.
Weekly maintenance: Pool cleaning occurs Monday and Thursday mornings (8 AM–11 AM), and landscape maintenance takes place every other Thursday.
A noise monitoring device (measuring decibels only) is installed per city regulations.
External security cameras are located at the front and back doors.
Firearms are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
