The home comfortably sleeps 12-14 guests, with 3 King Beds 1 queen beds, 2 full beds  and a pull out couch.

Is the pool private and heated?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The pool is completely private and can be heated upon request.  — The pool heating fee is $75 per 6 hour period.

Is this a good place for a bachelorette party or celebration?

Absolutely! The home was designed with groups in mind. The owners have thoughfully restored this home with high end finsihes so we do ask all guests be respectful of this, additionally as with all vacation  term rentals in downtown charleston there is a noise ordinance that must be adhered to.  We ask that outside noise be limited in the evenings and early mornings out of respect to our neighbors.

Can we walk to restaurants and bars?

Yes — the home is located in downtown Charleston, just a few blocks from upper King Street, where you’ll find the city’s best dining, shopping, and nightlife.

Do you allow decorations or party setups?

Accepted Answer

Yes, light decorating is welcome! Just no confetti, glitter, or anything that could damage walls or furniture. Reach out in advance for vendor referrals (private chefs, balloon installs, etc.) We just ask that all decorations are removed prior to check out!

Is there parking available?

Yes, we offer free off-street parking for up to 2 standard size or one full size vehicle in the gated driveway — a rare find in downtown Charleston!

Is the kitchen fully stocked for cooking?

Yes! The kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, dishware, and even a few fun extras like a blender and coffee station — perfect for group meals or cocktail hours.
