Absolutely! The home was designed with groups in mind. The owners have thoughfully restored this home with high end finsihes so we do ask all guests be respectful of this, additionally as with all vacation term rentals in downtown charleston there is a noise ordinance that must be adhered to. We ask that outside noise be limited in the evenings and early mornings out of respect to our neighbors.
Can we walk to restaurants and bars?
Yes — the home is located in downtown Charleston, just a few blocks from upper King Street, where you’ll find the city’s best dining, shopping, and nightlife.
Do you allow decorations or party setups?
Yes, light decorating is welcome! Just no confetti, glitter, or anything that could damage walls or furniture. Reach out in advance for vendor referrals (private chefs, balloon installs, etc.) We just ask that all decorations are removed prior to check out!
