Cancel 15 days or more prior to your your stay for a $75 fee. Any cancellations 14 days or less prior to your arrival will not be refunded.

No pets are allowed on property, but ADA service animals are welcome.

The pool you have access to is not onsite, but it is a short walk down the street at our sister property, The Winchester Lodge. The pool is open 9 am to 9 pn with no lifeguard on duty.

Group lodging has set pricing for peak and off-peak season and requires the booking of all 6 units to secure the exclusive rates and amenities. We have stayed at Evers House a few times in the last month due to business in Fredericksburg. It is in the best location! Just steps off main street. It's so cute, peaceful and quiet. It's a large house with a common kitchen, which would typically scare me to read, but it's very private. Each room has a name plate and a keypad with code. The kitchen is adorable. We stayed in The Seventh Heaven and Bliss Suites. The Seventh Heaven is huge and has great french doors to the outside. The bathtub is "heavenly". Bliss is great too. We were just in and out that time so we got something smaller. Breakfast is delivered to your door at 8am. The first time we were there it was oatmeal and fruit, an egg, ham and cheese sandwich, a muffin and orange juice. The second time was a quiche with hollandaise sauce, yogurt and berries, a pastry and orange juice. Very good! The only thing that I didn't love is the coffee but that's just my preference. They have a Keurig in the room and in the kitchen. It's very convenient but they only have the little creamers that sit out. I am not a fan. I love real half and half. 1st world problem! :-) The check in process is easy. On the day you check in (early afternoon) they send you the code to the front and back doors and then to your suite. There is not any staff on property. We didn't mind a bit. We will definitely be staying there again and I'd love to try their sister property, The Winchester Lodge. Thanks Evers for two great stays!

We loved how clean, cozy & intimate the room was. Everything we needed was in our room , a Keurig, water, coffee cups, coffee creamer, iron, small fridge and a microwave . Breakfast every morning was perfect . Location is 1/2 a block from Maine, so everything is walking distance. We are definitely staying here again ! Highly recommend♥️

This place has been great so far. We stayed here a few days and the rooms, service and location excellent. The service desk super attentive, easy to contact at anytime and very helpful with suggestions on what to do in town. This place is located in the middle of the Downtown so you can just walk everywhere. It is a one minute walk to the Pacific war museum, Nimitz museum, churches, galleries, bars, restaurants, shops, so many things to see here. The rooms were fantastic and sparkling clean. They were comfortable, the beds supportive without been too hard, and the bathroom massive. The check in after hours is done next at the lodge next door. The breakfast is great and dropped to your door by 8am. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this location.

Room was very clean with plenty of linens. Breakfast basket was good with a ham, egg & cheese croissant one day and breakfast burrito the next along with a small danish and orange juice. Location was great! One block off of Main Street made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was great, and was delivered in a charming basket outside your door. My only complaint would be that they advertise a pool that is actually at their sister property (which they do disclose). However, it would be nice if the pool were easier to access rather than having to walk out on the street, and through a driveway in my bathing suit. Other than that, I loved my stay!

We stayed in the Tuscan room which had an exterior entrance. We loved the room, the property, and the location. The room was clean and very nicely furnished. It's 1 block off the main street with lots of retail and restaurants within walking distance. And we loved the morning breakfast that arrived in a picnic basket! Check in was easy and we had no issues during our stay.

We loved Evers House! It was so cute and romantic, perfect for our wedding weekend! We booked the entire property and the sister property, Winchester Lodge, for our friends and family to stay for our wedding. The rooms were beautiful and everything was clean. It was nice having everyone together and the location is incredibly convenient, very easy to walk everywhere. Plus the breakfast delivery was a nice touch!
