Each of the five bedrooms is equipped with memory foam mattresses, crisp hotel-quality percale sheets, blackout curtains, and full-length mirrors. The bathrooms offer Malin + Goetz amenities, along with multiple ironing boards and irons for added convenience.
The spacious living areas include:
A dining room with a custom-built table that seats 10
A living room with a large sectional, comfortable chairs, and an 80” HDTV
A backyard oasis featuring a pool (heated in winter), an extra-large dining table, and an outdoor kitchen
For guest security, external security cameras are installed at the front and back doors, with the pool within the camera’s coverage area. Additionally, a noise monitoring device is in place to ensure compliance with city regulations—this device does not record conversations, only noise levels.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pool cleaning and landscape maintenance occur on Monday and every other Thursday morning between 8 AM and 11 AM. Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
