Historic Home with Heated Pool Near French Quarter

This is a wonderful Airbnb outside of the hustle and bustle of New Orleans. We had a group of 9 that loved the house and the area and we had absolutely no issues. We’d recommend this to everyone coming to this dear city.

Awesome oasis in the middle of The Big Easy! If you’re looking for a beach vibe, great private pool, and spacious comfortable cool house this is the place. The kitchen amenities are great, the grill is top of the line and powerful, and the beds are comfortable.

Beautiful new house! My kids loved the heated pool! We extended our stay because we weren't ready to leave. Can't wait to stay there again!

Sam’s place was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable for our group of 8! Cute coffee shops and breakfast spots with in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and attractions within an uber ride. The pool was perfect for afternoon lounging and the beds and linens were the most comfortable I’ve experienced in any Airbnb!

I stayed in Sam's house for a bachelorette party with a group of lovely friends. It worked out perfectly - we each enjoyed our own comfortable beds, the numerous private bathrooms, the large living room area with plenty of seating and of course the pool. As a fellow artist, I especially loved the murals painted throughout the house and the featured artists with their bios framed on the walls. This was such a treat and I recommend Sam's place to others with a larger group!

Wonderful space for our family. We appreciated the comfy beds and pillows! Full size bath products and spray cleaner for the kitchen, dish soap, fresh sponge, and dishwasher pods. (I know this sounds strange but we have been in Arbnb’s that don’t even leave garbage bags.). The grill was clean and ready to use and we did! Honestly the house is perfect for a good size family. We had 8 adults and we were super comfortable. Close to Charles Ave street cars and lots of fun restaurants that were walkable. While the neighborhood is being rejuvenated we felt safe and it was quiet at night

The house was perfect for a Mardi Gras weekend. Only two blocks form St Charles. Sam the host was very responsive.

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Any Occasion in New Orleans! This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was incredibly spacious, and the heated pool was a great bonus. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which made it super convenient for our group, and the entire place was spotless upon arrival. The location couldn't be better—just 10 minutes from the Saints Caesars Superdome Stadium and 10 minutes from Bourbon Street for Mardi Gras or a night out. Whether you're visiting for a game, a celebration, or just to explore the city, this house is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend it!

We booked this place for a girls' weekend trip for 10 people. The house was very clean and well stocked up with towels, swim towels, toiletry, dishes and kitchen necessities. We lucked out with the weather and it was warm enough to use the pool. The heated pool was amazing. The house is spacious and has has enough room for large group. Hosts were communicative, accommodating and check-in was very easy. Our initial impression of the neighborhood was not great but do not let the outside of the house disappoint you because the house is very beautiful and well kept from inside. The location was perfect for us. It is in a walking distance of couple of cafes and grocery store. Rideshare to French Quarter was very easily and frequently available. Overall, we will recommend this place to others.

La casa maravillosa , muy cómoda , decoraday equipada a nuevo con todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estancia. camas y colchones muy cómodos , baños con todos los amenities necesarios. Tuvimos la experiencia de pasar la tormenta de nieve en NOLA y por suerte estábamos muy cómodos en la casa , hasta la piscina usamos.

This Airbnb was very nice. A small tropical retreat. Walking distance to a cafe and beverage store. Sam was very attentive to all of our needs.

The place looks big and still feels cozy. It was absolutely ideal for our groups of 10. Each guest had access to their own en suite bathroom. The living/kitchen/dining space was perfect for hosting and hanging out. The pool area was completely delightful. And the beds were super comfortable. We'll be back!

Excellent airbnb experience. It was exactly like the photos, very clean. Host was responsive and gave clear simple instructions.

Our family of 4 (2adults/2kiddos 8 & 10) loved our stay. The pool was clean and warm. Outdoor space was so relaxing and enjoyable. House is very well kept and the cleanest Airbnb I've stayed in...ever. New Orleans is a LOT, it was nice to come home in the evenings to the quiet space. 10/10 recommend. Gold stars to the cleaning staff.
