Nick's place was everything we needed. Exactly like the photos. I had an amazing weekend in Nola with friends, it was easy to get in and out, we loved hanging by the heated pool, the bathrooms and bedrooms were so nice and clean (the master shower is incredible!). There's no shortage of things to do in Nola, so we walked sometimes, we took the street car, and also ubered. Nick and his team were very responsive in anything we needed, and we'd love to stay there again! 5 stars!

Excellent design. Very clean. Great pool. Perfect walking location to the streetcar, magazine street, and a few miles from Yulman stadium. Great stay!

Perfect stay! Comfortably accommodated our group and location was close to everything but far enough to enjoy time away from the highly congested NOLA areas. The pool and backyard were a wonderful respite after long days. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay for my 30th birthday! Perfect size space for a group of 8 girls to stay. Just as described and presented in photos! Pool was fantastic, it’s a perfect size! Overall great and would stay again.

This place was perfect for our group of six! The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the couches were ideal for hanging out together. We had a wonderful seafood boil with Chef Will that made the stay even more memorable. The pool and heater were a great bonus, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay . It was exactly what we needed . Plenty of space for our group and able to get to and from the main attractions in no time . Would stay again !

Excellent experience, perfect home for a large group, great host.

We absolutely loved the house and everything it had to offer - it was clean, free if clutter, with well appointed furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a large table that fully accommodated our group of 10. Everything was super clean, beds/mattresses firm and very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone and an amazing heated pool! The house is in a walking distance from French Quarter- took us about 20 min to walk there. Our group enjoyed the stay and will absolutely be back
