Reviews for Hill Country Farmhouse with Hot Tub, Sleeps 12, Near Canyon Lake

We soaked up the rustic charm every evening on the terrace. The house is bright, clean, and sleeps 12 comfortably with multiple baths. A true Hill Country treasure for groups.

The terrace views alone at Rustic Soak Farmhouse are worth it. Cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. We felt immersed in the Guadalupe serenity.

House was awesome location to spend some quality time with friends and family! Lots of things to do at the house and jacuzzi was great for hanging out and watching the outdoor tv. The kitchen had most appliances and utensils you would need so it was super helpful for the cooking we did. Propane tanks were full for the gas grill so didn’t have to worry about that. We did have to bring our own firewood though.

The farmhouse style at Rustic Soak is so inviting and peaceful. We spent mornings on the deck with coffee and river views, and the kitchen was well-equipped for group meals. Clean and comfortable from start to finish.

Great backyard and patio but there were plenty of goat head thorns that did not allow us to play in the backyard. The Halloween decoration was great. The grill in the backyard was not clean and has accumulated since a long time.

The Rustic Soak Farmhouse is such a charming spot—tons of space for our big family, with comfy beds in all four bedrooms and a beautiful open kitchen/living area. The private hot tub was the highlight after long days at Canyon Lake! Everything was spotless and felt so cozy in that rural Hill Country setting.

This was the exact weekend my family needed! The property had an amazing backyard with hot tub, BBQ, and a fully fenced backyard. My family and I just hung outside so much and enjoyed it with our dog, running around and having a great time. The home was well kept, spacious and had everything we needed.
