Beautiful and Cozy Historic Double Near French Quarter

Great location, close diving distance to everything and walking distance to public transit including a trolley. We were able to check in early. We had a toddler with us and the travel crib was in great condition. We loved the decorations of the house and that the main bedrooms had doors to a long hallway. The 3rd bedroom opens to the back of the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. We loved that there was enough seating in different parts of the house like a big kitchen table, big living room couches, and seats on the front porch. We knew there was only one bathroom but chose this place for the location and I'm glad we did. There are mirrors in the hall. There is occasionally loud road noise but it didn't bother us much as we brought a sound machine. There were towels and hand towels. I would recommend adding wash cloths and fixing the porch swing. We loved this location and everything was clean and very comfortable and we would absolutely stay again!

The experience was everything an airbnb should be. A cool clean house, a good neighborhood with plenty to do, and a great host. Also, appreciate not being given a massive chore list to do for check out. Also, the host is very responsive and was flexible on the check in time so that thank you for that!

I loved staying at Sam's place. very walkable to restaurants and cafes. If you don't mind a lot of walking, you can head to the French Quarter and not worry about parking. It had plenty of room for a family of 5 plus a dog. The backyard had nice sunshine to relax in.

Sam and Max were very responsive and flexible in our check in and check out. I was traveling with a toddler so I really appreciated this. There is a Arepa restaurant in the corner of the block that delicious and the street carts are just two blocks away.

Sam’s place was perfect for us - had enough space for a larger group, with plenty of amenities. The house is near a very major road, but the noise was not disruptive to our sleep. Easy to deal with and beautiful space to explore New Orleans

Great place to stay! Pet friendly with a nice size backyard for my bigger dog. Easy and free street parking with no issues. 10 minute ride share to the French Quarter. Clean home, cute decor, and really comfortable bedding. Lots of mirrors so even though there’s only one bathroom you can get ready in other rooms. Highly recommend!

The apartment was comfortable and the hosts were very responsive!

This BnB is perfect for a New Orleans weekend. A lovely backyard, basic but useful furnishings, and a washer and dryer. Host was polite and extremely communicative, helpful, and did not attempt to tack on charges. Very professional. Will be staying here again. Only downside is one bathroom

Sam's house was super clean, quiet, and peaceful. The banana trees were my favorite! The neighborhood was friendly. The best part is how close it is the to St. Charles streetcar. I recommend a Jazzy Pass from the Le Pass app. Grateful and Happy Hearts back in Cincinnati. We would definitely stay again!

The place was very spacious. The area and the house were easy to find and easy to get to. Communication was so easy and very quick to respond. House was very clean. Not far from any of the attractions that lots of folks like to enjoy in New Orleans. Either by walking or a quick uber ride.

Sam was great to work with! The space was well kept, neat and just what we needed for a home base during our stay! the price was great and we were minutes from the french quarter! right where we wanted to be! having a private patio area to relax in and a bbq to grill on was icing on the cake!!

his home was perfect for our group! The house was beautiful and exactly as described! Sam has a board with helpful information and great suggestions on the places near by. A very walk-able location ... we walked to the Stadium and a few restaurants. Bearcat was the best breakfast place Our 4 night stay came and went quickly and we look forward to another trip to NOLA Thanks

Clean, stylish decor, really large space for a girls trip. Only wish there was an extra bathroom, but for 3 girls it worked out just fine. Beds were comfy! Great outdoor area, too

We enjoyed our stay at Sam's house. The place is very spacious, with three separated bedrooms, and a large kitchen with dining area. The main hit was the kitchen: it was one of the most thoughtfully organized kitchens we've seen. It doesn't have a dishwasher (which was clearly stated in the description), but the set of dishes/pans/utensils was fantastic. The patio is also really nice and cozy. The location is pretty good, a few minutes walk from the streetcar. It is fairly quite (a big road is nearby and sometimes you can hear the cars speeding, but nothing more than that.
