Artsy Magazine St Apartment: Grand Balcony in a Prime Location

Fun place to stay. Soaring ceilings and nice touches. Hand painted walls are so great.

This place is in the perfect location and was perfect for a long weekend. The full kitchen was great and we had plenty of space for 6 people. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had a question. Would stay here again.

Brought a group of 8 down for the weekend and this place was perfect. The location is great on Magazine Street, with lots of good shopping, food, and bars within an easy walk. The area is, and felt, safe. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The balcony is a great spot to hang out and watch the world go by. The hosts are great as well. We had a small issue with the lock code when we arrived, but they communicated the fix very quickly and it was not a problem at all. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to large groups coming into New Orleans (as long as you don't mind walking up stairs to get in!), and will likely book this again for my future trips down!

This apartment is beautiful, well located and the hosts are amazing. All of the bedrooms had very comfortable beds, it's extremely spacious and the balcony is a gem. Great location to stay in the city, right mix of peace and things to do and just a short walk or ride away from all the best parts of New Orleans. Hosts are super helpful and responsive.

We enjoyed our time at Sam's house. The house is just as pictured. The wallpapers and murals throughout the house were adorable! The neighborhood was extremely walkable, tons of great shopping, restaurants and coffee shops near by. We enjoyed lots of good dinners. Due to the age of the house, the windows and walls are thin. If you are a light sleeper the street noise may be bothersome. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stop very comfy beds and and clean airy place

Sam was very responsive and understanding throughout our visit despite some challenges we had on our end with my son's pet. I would stay here again.

This was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay for our family: a lovely space filled with light, great amenities, and a fun but mellow neighborhood. Sam and Max were helpful and friendly hosts, who responded to us right away when we asked anything.

Great spot for family gathering. Big bedrooms and the location was fantastic. Living room is connected to kitchen and it’s very tight/cozy. No problem for us since we were enjoying all the fantastic food options on magazine. Would recommend for others. Great location and beds were comfortable and sheets felt really nice too.

Great place to stay in NOLA!

We had the nicest stay at Sam’s! What a great part of town to be in. Close to dozens of amazing shops and restaurants. Centrally located so you can get all over the city easily. The home itself was spacious and well appointed. The hosts were so easy to work with. Thank you! We will return!

The place was amazing, more than I expected. Sam was very accommodating and was a pleasure to deal with. The cleanliness of the property inside and out was impressive. There was room for everyone and we were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved this place for my bachelorette. It was convenient but quiet for what we needed. It was an amazing vibe. Would recommend and stay again!
