I stayed here with a group of girls for a Bachelorette weekend and really enjoyed the property! The living room furniture was different than what was displayed in the photos but it was still really cute furniture so it wasn't a big deal at all! The layout of the house and rooms were all the same as the other pictures posted online. We were able to fit 7 girls in the house comfortably with almost everyone having their own bed. The neighborhood was cute with some newer spots and some older houses, very normal for Charleston. We walked everywhere and it was close to king street. The host was super awesome and really responsive to everything! We 110% would stay here again and have already started looking at future dates.

We went to Charleston on a bachelorette party - this is place is in the most perfect spot right on King St! This gorgeous gem was so eclectic and spacious. Everything from check in to check out was seamless. Also had all amenities needed for our group of gals ! The team even answered our call immediately when we had a knock at the door we weren’t sure of so definitely felt like we were in great hands - we love southern hospitality!

We loved our stay in Charleston! I hosted a bachelorette trip for my best friend in May and we had a delightful time at the beautiful airbnb. The upstairs bathroom and the two porches/balconies were a highlight! Also right next door to one of the best coffee shops in the city and walking distance to King Street and a ton of shopping/bars/restaurants while still feeling at home when we returned! Definitely would come stay here again.

It was very beautiful and spacious! Everyone had a seat at the island with there being 8 chairs and we could comfortably fit in the living room to play games. Bigger than we expected!! Area: Very safe and quiet! The doors lock immediately upon closure. We took a short walk to Kings St, Bad Bunnies coffee, & the nearby convenience store for extra ice for beach coolers. Rooms/Baths: Everyone either had their own bathroom or shared a space without feeling like we were on top of one another. The bunk beds were spacious enough to fit 2 in 1 bed if we needed. The bathtub and the mini fridge in the 1st floor master was so useful to us! TV/Wifi: Fast internet. We were able to connect an hdmi cable to the living room tv The best place and location for it being our first time visiting CHS!

Nothing but AMAZING things to say about this house. We stayed here as a group of 9 for my bachelorette party and it was PERFECT. Beds were SO comfortable, loved the big kitchen and dining table that had space for everyone, and all of the bathrooms that made getting ready really easy. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Folly Beach area. 10/10!

Boho Rosa was the perfect place for a bachelorette party! The house is gorgeous, spacious, and in an excellent location. Michael is a great host- very friendly and knowledgeable about the area as well. I absolutely recommend this house as a place to stay when visiting Charleston!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! We traveled to Charleston for a bachelorette party and this house was perfect for our group of 10. We had a nice dinner in on Friday night and there was plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat. We also walked to a ton of places from here - it was about a 10 minute walk to King Street, but it was a great walk. There’s a fantastic coffee shop on the same block, and other good restaurants and shops nearby. We loved all having a bed, and 3 bathrooms was plenty. FYI - there’s a half bath, too, that wasn’t in the listing so there are actually 3.5 baths, which was even better! The host was very helpful and communicative. Overall this was a perfect place to stay with a group!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The Airbnb was adorable, incredibly clean, and completely updated throughout. The decor was absolutely charming, and the bunk beds were such a fun and thoughtful touch. Everything was spotless, tidy, and very well maintained. The host was proactive and reached out ahead of time to offer early check-in and share great restaurant recommendations, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free. The location is fantastic, walkable to King Street in our opinion, or just a quick drive if you prefer. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

This place was gorgeous! All three floors were impressive. We were just a few blocks walk to the free shuttle that takes you to the shops on King Street and goes all the way to the waterfront/Charleston Market. The home had enough room for all of us to spread out and a great place to gather on the second floor.

We came to Charleston on a siblings trip with 19 of us in our party. This place was perfect for us, with 10-bedrooms and bathrooms. Our favorite part was how close it was to King St and all the action in Downtown Charleston. This stay is within walking distance of so many great restaurants and sites. Highly recommended for any large group or family.

This place was just what I was looking for. It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring or sleeping in if you're slightly hungover : ) The location couldn’t have been better, with so many great spots to eat and shop nearby. Check-in was super easy, and the host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. Honestly, I didn’t spend much time indoors because there’s so much to do in the area, but when I was there, it felt like home. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in town!
