We stayed here for my sisters Bachelorette and had the best time! The hosts were very responsive and nice! The house was very clean when we arrived and it was decorated beautifully. Just like the photos! The house was very spacious and the pool area was stunning. It is shared which had me worried at first, but we ended up having a great time meeting our neighbors, and we had our fair share of time by the pool to ourselves. It was a quick uber ride to French Quarter, and the famous St Charles Streetcar is a short walk away from the house. The streetcar would normally take you all the way into the Quarter however the line was cut short while we were there due to Jazz Fest. There are many wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house on St Charles Ave. The price is very comparable to other places for 10 people. It may seem very expensive, but when split 10 ways it’s not so bad. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The jungle house was absolutely perfect for our bachelorette trip weekend! The house was exactly like the pictures, and even better. The pool area was beautiful and the hot tub was ready to go! Check in and check out was super easy too. Having a washer and dryer in the house made it easy to wash towels for our 10 guests. We enjoyed Sam’s house and if we came back, we would stay there again! Book it!

Sam's home in Central City was as ideal as could be for our group of 10. It was spotless upon check-in and the team was very easy to communicate with. Location was ideal to all New Orleans has to offer, including a world-class bakery right nearby with Lagniappe Bakehouse. The house is also designed beautifully with nice touches throughout. There are a couple things showing some wear-and-tear, but nothing terrible. Would definitely recommend using for a large group!

We had a great time. Pool was better than expected and being heated was included (sometimes we have had to pay extra for that other places), plus a separate hot tube. Very cute house with great decorations. A lot of extra amenities that are not included in other air bnb house including cleaning supplies, TP and laundry det. Owners are very quick with responses and proactive. Enjoyed every part of it. Thanks

Our stay was great. The house was beautiful and we were able to take full advantage of the amazing kitchen and grill. Sam, Max and Nicole were wonderful hosts and were able to accomodate for an early check in and keeping our bags at the house while we explored the city on our last day. Would definitely recommend!

Sam’s place was perfect for our girl’s trip! It had many bathrooms, bedrooms, and tons of space to hang out. We spent a lot of time at the shared pool and loved walking to bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home if you’re going to NOLA!

Enjoy this slice of New Orleans paradise! This clean and colorful house is beautifully designed to create spaces for fun and relaxation. We enjoyed sharing meals and playing games in the great room, and refreshed ourselves in the heated pool and hot tub. This house is situated in the very walk able Garden district with a lovely grocery store, excellent restaurants and and easy walk to tram line 12. On road parking was handy too. We had a great time at Sam’s place! The house was very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use the outdoor space much but the hot tub / pool area was pretty and exactly as described. The neighborhood was really quiet and there were several cute coffee shops / restaurants we could walk to. It was a quick 10-15 min Uber to everywhere we wanted to explore. Would definitely recommend!

Greart hosts, They are very responsive and flexible. I was able to adjust my reservation a couple times and they were so nice about it! They responded to my noise complaint at 2 am and took care of it immediately and very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. We had a great time in the house
