Amazing and great host

Very nice place!

I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything I needed was provided, and the check in process was smooth and easy. The host was responsive and helpful, making sure everything went well throughout my stay. The location was convenient and worked perfectly for my trip. Overall, a very positive experience i would happily stay here again.

This place was amazing! Spacious, clean, neat, cozy .. we felt right at home ! Nobody wanted to leave . Would definitely book one of these properties again soon. Host was very proactive with helpful info. I had no issues at all with check-in, the stay or the check-out. 10 out of 10!

Overall we had a good stay. The home was very clean and the listing description was accurate. It does show some wear from heavy use, but nothing unexpected for a frequently rented property. Parking was the biggest challenge. Many of the surrounding townhomes appear to also be short-term rentals, so the area gets crowded. If you have more than two vehicles, parking can be difficult. The converted garage didn’t have all the amenities shown in the photos and one of the chairs was broken during our stay, though I’m sure Justin will get that fixed quickly. Families should note that the four bunk beds are downstairs right next to the front door. The location is great—about 10 minutes from Topgolf and Nissan Stadium and around 15 minutes to Broadway.

Great spot, great beds, great for a group. It is big space and a good homebase if you plan to go out into the city.

We enjoyed our stay! Justin's home exceeded expectations. He was very communicative, and we hope to have the privilege of staying in his home when we return to TN.

Justin’s place was very well located, close enough to downtown without paying the downtown price. We will be staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. Justin was very responsive and gave us clear cut instructions for check-in and check out. The home look just like the photos. We were a group of 10 and there was a bed for every one of us. The 3 full baths were a huge bonus And the rooftop deck was a peaceful place to relax and watch the sunset. Broadway was just a short Uber ride away. All in all it was a wonderful weekend!We will definitely be staying here again!!
