We are an approximately 10 minute car ride to downtown Gruene and the Comal River for tubing!

Looking to float the river or catch live music? We are an approximately 5 minutes car ride to Whitewater Ampitheater and tube rental/access to the Guadalupe River!

How many guests can you host?

We can host up to 10 guests
1 King Bedroom
2 Queen Bedrooms
Loft with 2 full beds
Queen pullout couch in the living room

Question 4

I love the giant windows, but is there privacy?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We love the windors and natural light as well, however we installed reflective coating and pull down blinds to give you as much privacy as you need.

Question 5

Can you host more than 10 people?

Accepted Answer

While our home can fit 10 people, we are located in a short term rental community and can put you in touch with our neighbors in the event you want to rent multiple homes. We can host 100+ people in the community!

Is there a pool or jacuzzi

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately the pool has not been completed yet. There is ongoing construction in the community as it continues to be built out, however this construction is NOT near our home.
