Stay where A-list celebrities have stayed! GoldenEye Estates offers two stunning villas on 3 beachfront acres with the GoldenEye house on the beach side and the Palm house on the canal side.
Guests may rent the main GoldenEye beach house alone (sleeps up to 10) or reserve both villas together for groups of up to 16. Pricing varies. Enjoy direct beach access, a private dock that accommodates up to a 65-foot boat (added fee), spacious indoor/outdoor living areas, and all the amenities for a luxurious island escape.
Booking confirmation contingent on signing rental agreement. If any lawsuits should occur, the laws of the Bahamas will prevail.

We charge a $100 utility fee for dock usage. The dock can accommodate boats up to 65 feet.

No. We have a very strict policy: only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time.

Can I rent the Palm House by itself?
No. The Palm House is only available when booked together with the Beach House. However, the Beach House can be rented on its own for groups of up to 10.
How many guests can the estate accommodate?
The Beach House alone (with the annex ensuite) accommodates up to 10 guests. Booking both the Beach House and Palm House together allows for up to 16 guests in total. The prices are different depending on what accommodations you need and the group count.
Can events be held on the property?
The owners do not allow events or any outside visitors.
What is the annex ensuite and how does it work?
The Annex is a private bedroom + bathroom suite attached to the garage. It can be added to either the Beach House rental or the full GoldenEye Estates rental. Beach House: 4 bedrooms (up to 8 guests). If you have more than 8 guests, the Annex en suite is required. GoldenEye Estates (Beach House + Palm House): 7 bedrooms (up to 14 guests). If you have more than 14 guests, the Annex en suite is required. The Annex counts as the 8th bedroom overall and allows space for 2 additional guests. Guests may also choose to add the Annex even if their group size is under 8 (Beach House) or under 14 (GoldenEye Estates) it is then an additional $150/night/person.
Do you charge a refundable damage deposit?
Yes. The deposit is $1,000 per home rented.
Is there a minimum age to stay at the property?
Yes, the majority of the group and the main booker must be age 26 or older.
