How much does it cost to rent the dock?

We charge a $100 utility fee for dock usage. The dock can accommodate boats up to 65 feet.

Is pricing different depending on the number of guests?

Yes. Pricing is adjusted based on the number of guests in your party.

Question 3

Do you allow outside visitors?

Accepted Answer

No. We have a very strict policy: only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time.

Are any additional services included in the price?

Accepted Answer

No. Services such as a private chef, catering, excursions, or boat charters must be booked separately, but we do provide a recommendations guide.

Do you provide recommendations on what to do and where to go?

Yes! We are happy to share our curated list of the best local dining, attractions, and activities in Freeport and surrounding islands.

Can I rent the Palm House by itself?

Accepted Answer

No. The Palm House is only available when booked together with the Beach House. However, the Beach House can be rented on its own for groups of up to 10.

How many guests can the estate accommodate?

Accepted Answer

The Beach House alone (with the annex ensuite) accommodates up to 10 guests. Booking both the Beach House and Palm House together allows for up to 16 guests in total. The prices are different depending on what accommodations you need and the group count.

Can events be held on the property?

The owners do not allow events or any outside visitors.

Question 9

What is the annex ensuite and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

The Annex is a private bedroom + bathroom suite attached to the garage. It can be added to either the Beach House rental or the full GoldenEye Estates rental.

Beach House: 4 bedrooms (up to 8 guests). If you have more than 8 guests, the Annex en suite is required.

GoldenEye Estates (Beach House + Palm House): 7 bedrooms (up to 14 guests). If you have more than 14 guests, the Annex en suite is required.

The Annex counts as the 8th bedroom overall and allows space for 2 additional guests.

Guests may also choose to add the Annex even if their group size is under 8 (Beach House) or under 14 (GoldenEye Estates) it is then an additional $150/night/person.

Question 10

Do you charge a refundable damage deposit?

Yes. The deposit is $1,000 per home rented.

Question 11

Is there a minimum age to stay at the property?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the majority of the group and the main booker must be age 26 or older.
