The house is situated on a peaceful, quiet street with other high-end homes.  The home has four large bedrooms, four bathrooms, and sleeps 11 comfortably.

The granite countertop kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking equipment you need to prepare meals. Enjoy drinks and meals in the private backyard surrounded by the sights and sounds of the jungle or at the dining room table indoors.

The floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall glass patio doors bring your indoor and outdoor spaces together.  There are two master suites complete with walk-in closets and a covered patio with views of the backyard, swimming pool, and golf course.

Just steps out back, enjoy the lush landscape of the pristine golf course for playing catch, jogging, or going for a peaceful walk when golfers are not playing through. 

In addition to a newly remodeled kitchen, you will find a walk-in pantry to store groceries that you purchase at the local grocery store Chedraui or from the fresh local produce market held in Puerto Aventuras on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

There is a large living room that opens to the back yard, which includes a big screen smart TV on the main level of the home. A separate living room is located upstairs to relax and unwind.

The home is centered around offering you all the conveniences you would hope for in a modern home, including beach towels, lounge chairs, and hammocks for relaxing, and a full-sized washer and dryer so that all you need to pack is a carry-on suitcase.

The home is air-conditioned for warmer days and equipped with solar power, so the concern of electrical costs you may see at many other rental homes along the Riviera Maya coast is not an issue here.

As you can see in the pictures, the stairs do not have a rail. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised in this area.
