• NO Neighborhood Nuisance Allowed: Our neighbors support us as long as we don't disturb neighbors. Please be respectful to the neighbors.

• When you book with us, please make sure to abide by the city ordinance. Please keep the quite hours: No loud music or noise between 11pm to 8 am on weekends (10pm to 8 am weekdays).

PETS ALLOWED CASE BY CASE BASIS:

• Pets are allowed case by case. Please inquire us. No instant booking allowed with your pet. Kindly message us with the kind, type of breed and the details. $100 non-refundable pet fee applied per booking per pet.
