We’re part of a group that attends Jazz Fest annually dating back 20 years, so we’ve stayed in lots of places around town. This experience was definitely one of our best and favorites. Awesome house centrally located to many great areas of New Orleans. Sam was very responsive including our request for early entry. We hope to stay there again for Jazz Fest next year. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Sam’s place. The space was perfect for our group with plenty of bathrooms, cozy beds and a great pool. They made everything very easy from check in to check out. There was plenty of street parking and we were a five minute drive from everything!

We had a great stay over Mardi Gras. Just a few blocks to walk to the parade route. We usually stay at a hotel but this was much better and more relaxing to come back to. The outdoor area and hot tub were fantastic and so relaxing. We enjoyed the living room as well. The neighborhood was fine, we found parking as needed and felt safe. The location made it easy to get in and out even while parades were rolling.

Sam, Max and Nicole were wonderful hosts. The place was beautifully designed, clean and perfect for our group of 8. We appreciated their responsiveness to all our questions, especially during the unprecedented storm that happened while we were visiting. Our flights were cancelled and they were able to accommodate us staying in the same place for 2 more nights. I would highly recommend staying here and will certainly look at Sam, Max and Nicole's properties when we come back to the city in the future.

An ideal space to stay with a group looking to explore the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub (with the big outdoor TV), the comfortable living room, the well-stocked kitchen, and all the decor. Everything in the home was well above AIRBNB average. The beds were very comfortable, the furniture was great and not just the cheap IKEA option. It was easy to get to where we wanted to go either by Lyft/UBER, or street cars on St. Charles. The Avenue Pub nearby was our go-to (along with pizza from Cafe Roma) and we also had a wonderful night seeing bands play at The Rabbit Hole just a few blocks away. St. Charles and Magazine Street a few blocks south had plenty more to offer. While the destination are not within a few blocks, having a quiet home street to return to was nice. Street parking is no problem.

I highly recommend. The place was everything it was advertised to be and so much more. Very convenient location within a short drive to the French quarters. Deanie’s and Houston’s both within one mile of location. Plenty of street parking for rental car. Trash bins right outside of the house and every spacious. The outdoor deck and grill the highlights for us.

This property was excellent. Exactly what my group of 8 needed. Pristine clean, everything was beautiful and well appointed. Super comfortable with great amenities inside and out. It feel like an oasis. Every need was met and well thought out. Loved the fact that the host did not demand a bunch of "must do's" before check out - simply remove the trash. The location was great making it easy to get around. The outdoor spaces were heavenly. I cannot day enough good things about this property. I would, hands down, definitely stay here again and recommend this host to others.

Sam’s place was excellent! There’s plenty to do near by and just the right distance from downtown. Inside is very comfortable with all the amenities. The pool is beautiful with a tropical vibe that makes you feel far away from any city. The back patio is a similar feel, and the hot tub was really nice. I would absolutely book this place in the future.

I honestly cannot say enough and give this properly and hosts high enough praise!! The property flows so nicely. We loved the private hot tub/TV/lounge area!! Nobody had to wait to shower. Plenty of water pressure and hot water to get everyone ready when they wanted to! Plenty of towels for showers and outside towels for pool and hot tub use. There was a full kitchen however we only had snacks and enjoyed all the fantastic food offered in the city!! Wonderful folks in the neighborhood gave us such wonderful restaurants recommendations. We will be back and we book this house again!! We need more time in the fun city!!
