Magnificent Outdoor Paradise: Heated Pool & Spacious Hangout Areas

The set up of this place was great for two families with kids. We had plenty of space and loved the pool tucked into the backyard. Owners were very responsive to messages and allowed flexibility with check in time.

Such a beautiful, clean home with an amazing pool. Fun artwork along the walls. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive along the way. The basement has 2 full washer/dryers which we didnt realize coming in. Sometimes you show up and a house is low on Trash Bags, Paper Towels, Dishwasher pods, etc, but they were fully stocked up. Very easy check-in and checkout process. Might recommend you avoid walking the neighborhood after hours, but during the day it felt completely safe and I suggest checking out the local pizza spot (Zee's) which is easily walkable and conveniently next to Martin Wine Cellar. Fresh Market is also right down the street close to the trolley car pickup on Saint Charles Ave.

We had a great stay here! Hosts were very responsive, let us check in early and provided all amenities mentioned including a travel crib. It was the perfect place for us - close to family staying nearby, easy to get to the parade routes and the right amount of space for our group. I only wish the weather had cooperated to let us use the pool! Only issue we had was a plumbing one the last day in the basement bathroom, due to extreme rain there was some plumbing backup but Sam was responsive and assured us it would be taken care of before next guests arrived. I’d definitely stay here again if we have a group this size!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was great for me and my friends to celebrate my birthday. The heated pool was amazing especially since we were there just after the major winter storm. The house was exactly as pictures and we loved the art throughout. While there wasn’t much to do immediately nearby, it’s a very short drive (and definitely walkable) to Magazine street which had tons of things to do and we easily got into the French Quarter to explore there as well. Overall I definitely recommend this spot!

It doesn’t get any better than this location! When renting here, you are centrally located from the super dome and can go anywhere in the city within 20 minutes. With this being my fourth stay, I really appreciated the decor and the artwork. It embodies the NOLA culture. The details at the property paints a picture of a festive city. This location will always be my first choice when staying in New Orleans!

My family and I really enjoyed the home. It was spacious, clean, and the host provided essentials. The parking is limited so make sure to use the least amount of vehicles if you have a large party. The home is in close proximity to the French quarter. The host was helpful and responded in a timely manner. We will definitely be visiting the home again.

This Airbnb is amazing and exactly as pictured. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were all clean, and the backyard / pool area was so much fun for our group of friends. I had 8 girls stay in the house but we certainly could’ve fit more comfortably. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and flexible with check in and check out accommodations. This is a 10/10 Airbnb and I will definitely be booking again for my next big group trip to NOLA!

Booking with Sam was a pleasure. Answered all questions in a timely manner before booking, had an issue with the lock upon arrival and had to reach out to Sam. Had an answer and a new lock code within minutes.

Really nice space with incredibly responsive hosts. Local recommendations were provided, entry was easy, and the house itself was very clean. The pool area was really nice and greatly appreciated during the warmer parts of the day. Location was nice as it was close enough to the night life of bourbon street but also far enough away where you could enjoy peace and quiet if needed. Would certainly recommend to others to stay here if looking for a spot to house a good number of people in the new orleans area!

Honestly pool area already looks amazing in photos but is 10x prettier and relaxing with high fence walls and tall and thick plants. Had the best time staying here with my friends on a week trip
