Choose from premium cowboy hats and wide-brim styles, then personalize your look with a curated selection of ribbons, feathers, chains, pins, playing cards, charms, and other accessories. Every hat also includes complimentary custom branding, allowing you to add initials, names, dates, or meaningful symbols for an extra personal touch.
Want to go even further? Add custom boot branding for an additional fee and complete your Nashville look before hitting Broadway.

How much is the hat bar per person?
The hat bar is $150 a person unless a more expensive hat is requested for your party! After your $20 deposit per person when booking, your remaining balance is $130 a person. 🤠 tax will also be added to the total.
Where can the mobile hat bar be set up?
We travel to most hotels, Airbnbs, private homes, and event venues throughout the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. If you're unsure whether your location is within our service area, let us know before booking.
How long does the experience take?
Most hat bar experiences last about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the size of your group and how much customization everyone chooses.
What's included with each custom hat?
Each guest receives a premium adjustable hat, unlimited access to our accessory bar, complimentary custom hat branding, and a thank-you gift bag filled with goodies.
Can we add boot branding to our experience?
Yes! We offer on-site custom boot branding for an additional $25 per pair. It's a great way to personalize your boots with names, initials, dates, or simple designs.
