About this Experience
What you'll do:
Experience an Authentic New Orleans Seafood Boil prepared by a master chef who grew up perfecting the art of boiling seafood the Louisiana way. This hands-on culinary event brings together fresh Gulf seafood, bold local flavors, and the time-honored traditions that make a true New Orleans boil unforgettable. It’s part cooking lesson, part cultural experience, and all fun. Choose the setting that fits your group—have the chef come to your Airbnb or private location for a relaxed, at-home boil, or opt to be picked up and brought to a local restaurant or scenic marina. Wherever you host it, you’ll learn the techniques, spices, and stories behind how we boil shrimp, crawfish, crabs, and more in South Louisiana. After the cooking comes the best part: gathering around the table, rolling up your sleeves, and diving into a feast piled high with perfectly seasoned seafood, corn, potatoes, and all the fixings. It’s an immersive, delicious taste of New Orleans culture you won’t find anywhere else.

What if the weather is bad.
We monitor weather constantly for safety. With that said, it is common for rain to pop up in south Louisiana. Our marina has a 2000 sqft covered area along with a 1500 sqft climate controlled restaurant where we can go to get out of inclement weather.
What if we want drinks outside of what comes with the experience.
No worries, we have a full bar on site to mix up your favorite concoction that will surly awaken Jean Laffite himself. (local #Pirate reference)
How far in advance should we book?
So seafood is pretty much always available here in South East Louisiana, with that said, we recommend a minimum of 48 hours so that we can schedule and make sure your experience is 2nd to none.
Do we need to bring bug spray or sunscreen?
We have a full retail shop for any last minuet items you may need or have forgotten.
