Charlotte delivered an absolutely incredible first time experience using Take a Chef. It was a celebration for my wife's birthday with about 8 people, and everything about the experience was very easy. Timely arrival, easy to work with in regard to set up in the kitchen, felt like a restaurant in the home as dinner got started, and the food was delicious. Working with Charlotte created a great experience and would highly recommend if you're considering her services as a private chef.

We had a lovely experience with Chef Charlotte all the way around. She cooked 2 nights for our group over the weekend & both were equally delicious & well priced. She possesses the perfect calm easy & going energy that you want when someone is in your home. We very much look forward to having her again!

Charlotte did an amazing job with our catered dinner. The Turkey, mashed potatoes and salad were delicious! All the teenagers thought it was amazing. Will definitely hire her again.

Chef Charlotte was amazing to work with on our recent corporate event. She was able to prepare and serve a delicious meal for 35 in a campground setting with no running water or electricity. She customized the menu to accommodate our need which included making a fire for us so we could have a S'mores bar for dessert. Her food was delicious, and I highly recommend her for your next event.

We came to Utah to ski and had 10 people in our party including 5 kids. We ordered 4 lunches and 4 dinners for the week. Everything was absolutely delicious. Just to give you an idea-we got quiche Lorraine, chicken Tagine with the most incredible salad, pad Thai, cod with harissa chickpeas to name a few. The amount of food was very generous and I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced it was given the amount and quality. Highly highly recommended!!! I wish she lived closer to us so I could hire her again :)

Excellent experience. Fleur de Sel was incredible to work with. Charlotte, the owner was kind, responsive, accommodating, adaptable, creative- not to mention a fantastic chef! We wanted food that could be eaten without plates, she did a fantastic array of finger food that looked spectacular. We ended up with the perfect amount of food, we did not run out during the party, and we only had a little bit of leftovers to enjoy for a day. This was an excellent experience, we will definitely use her again.
