Can I choose the color and style of the balloon garland?
Of course! Every balloon garland is fully customizable. From colors to themes, the choice is all yours—whether you’re dreaming of Disco Cowgirl vibes, a Taylor Swift-inspired party, or a chic black and white theme, we’ll make it happen!
Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included or necessary, but always appreciated!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 6 weeks before your event to make sure we have availability on your desired date.
Does someone in my party have to be onsite at the time of set-up?
Our team will coordinate set-up time with you prior to your decor date. For AirBnB renters: We are able to begin setup prior to your arrival if provided an entrance code and directions for entry to your rental. Unfortunately, we are unable to begin setup in hotel rooms without a memeber of your party to let us in the room.
