How do we reserve our event?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Once booked, we'll create a personalized registration link so each guest can easily confirm their attendance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before your event.

No, it is not included.
How early should we arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so everyone has time to check in, complete forms if needed and begin relaxing.
Do we need to complete paperwork?
Yes. All guests must complete a brief digital consent form before arriving. We'll send the link after your reservation is confirmed.
Is there parking?
Yes. We do not offer parking validation, but street parking and nearby public parking are available. Since parking in Hillcrest can sometimes take a few extra minutes, we recommend arriving early.
