What you'll do:
As your expert instructors, we will guide you through pairing charcuterie delights with the perfect wine and cheese selections, as well as have you participate in interactive tastings where you’ll have the opportunity to experiment with different flavor combinations and discover your palate preferences. As you eat and enjoy company, you will put your newfound knowledge into practice as you assemble your personalized charcuterie box to take home, complete with your favorite selections from the class!

We’re two sisters with a shared love for good food, beautiful gatherings, and turning everyday moments into something worth celebrating. What started as a hobby—curating grazing boards for family, friends, and colleagues—quickly grew into a passion and, eventually, a business. Our philosophy is that charcuterie should be accessible, affordable, and a unique food experience for everyone!
Additional information:
Age limit: You must be 21 or older to participate in the wine portion of the class
Our classes are designed for groups of up to 15 individuals, with a minimum of 8 guests. This creates an intimate and enjoyable atmosphere for you and your friends to learn and indulge together.

How long is the class?
Most classes last around 3 hours including set up and tear down time.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! We provide everything you need — meats, cheeses, boards, tools, and all the delicious extras. Just bring yourself and an appetite.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Due to the nature of the class, we aren’t able to offer substitutions for dietary needs. Please note our menu is dairy and gluten sensitive.
Can I bring wine or drinks?
Yes! If you're hosting at your own venue, feel free to bring your favorite beverages. If you're joining us at our location and want any additional drinks its BYOB.
What all is included with the price?
