Vanessa is very good at guiding you through a yoga practice. She brings in items to think about like thinking positively even in tough situations, even when stressed in yoga. Her “surrender” class really relaxes you to the point I fell asleep at the end of the class, so relaxed.

I look forward to a class with Vanessa every week! Her energy is uplifting and kind, and her yoga expertise is clearly obvious. If you’re looking to destress, reset, or get mindful, then I highly recommend her classes, especially hot yoga! Definitely my favorite yoga instructor I’ve ever come across!

Vanessa is an excellent, knowledgeable teacher, as well as a genuinely lovely person (I feel this is important when you're listening to someone tell you how to bend unnaturally for an hour). I appreciate that she opens each session by creating a calm and centered setting. Her command of the dialogue is clear, and precise, she’s supportive with offering modifications to the less flexible. After each session my body feels like it's been stretched in a good way and my mind more peaceful. I recommend trying a Vanessa yoga class.

Venesa is wonderful. She makes us work hard, at the same time enjoy the class to come back week after week. We are lucky and grateful to have her as our teacher!!

Vanessa is an awesome instructor. She provides alternative options for poses that are difficult. She is super knowledgeable in different yoga flows, provides a great workout that also improve mobility.
