No—Classes are low-cortisol, low-impact, and offer a deep slow-burn full-body workout focused on strength, posture, flexibility, grace.

Is the workout beginner-friendly?

Yes — Our workouts are tailored to your groups fitness needs to be approachable for all levels from beginners to experienced fitness lovers alike.

Question 3

What is “Balletic” Pilates & Barre? How is it different from a traditional gym?

Accepted Answer

Our workouts combine the elegant posture-forward timelessness of ballet with modern Pilates & Barre strength for an elevated full-body workout that hits different.
When others dig down— we lift and extend.
When others roll the shoulders forward and tuck the pelvis— we pin our shoulders down and align the spine. 
The result is a beautiful, lifted, feminine physique and comment-worthy posture.

Question 4

What should I wear to class?

Accepted Answer

Breathable activewear— leggings and a bralette. 
Grip socks (or ballet slippers) are required for all classes.

Do I need ballet experience to take a class?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Posture-forward ballet technique is woven into our Pilates and barre workouts to create beautiful feminine-muscle-definition only.
So, our classes might leave you feeling like a ballerina, but you don’t have to be a ballerina to come workout!
