Frequently Asked Questions

What’s a social sauna?

It’s like your favorite dive bar, but no sloshy beer on the floor and your body will leave feeling better not worse. A social sauna is a place to sweat, chill, and connect — with friends, strangers, or just yourself. Think fewer screens, more steam.

Why sauna?

Sauna is ancient, science-backed, and feels amazing. It boosts mood, improves circulation, supports recovery, and makes winter feel like a blessing, not a curse.

Is it like a spa?

No — no robes and hushed whispers here. We’re a little more campfire energy than cucumber water. Tuli Lodge is a sauna social club — not a silent retreat.

How big is your sauna?

We’re building a sauna village. Two ten-person saunas arranged around fire pits, plunge tubs, and comfy chairs. Kind of like a backyard BBQ, but super cozy and in the winter. The more people that show up, the more saunas we'll build.

Do I have to go in the cold plunge?

Nope. Totally optional. But we dare you to try it at least once. You will definitely get a kick of adrenaline.
