FlyDance Fitness is THE most incredible dance and fitness studio I have ever experienced!!! I always look forward to coming to throw down, weights, step, and I have never experienced anything similar at any other gym or fitness studio. The people are so welcoming and encouraging, and it truly feels like a family! I am completely obsessed, and all the instructors are incredible!

There are not enough FLY words I could use to describe what a fantastic addition FLY dance fitness has been to the community. FLY is the BEST combination of dance, weights and FUN! I have lost 15 pounds since I started and am stronger than ever! The FLY community of dancers have become great friends and the best dance partners! If you haven’t tried FLY you are missing out!

I love Fly Dance! I haven’t taken a dance class in a while and wanted to get back into it. This studio provides great hip hop style dance classes and a good workout too. The Throw Down 101 class is perfect for those who may not know all the routines yet. However, you can also catch on to the routines during the Throw Down as well! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to workout, dance, and have fun!

I’ve been coming to Fly John’s Creek since the soft opening back in a March of 2025 and I fell in love with it day 1. All of the instructors are amazing, fun, and high energy! I’ve gained a whole new group of friends that I call family! I highly recommend it! It doesn’t even feel like you are working out because you have so much fun! 🤩

Fly dance was so much fun! We went for a gf birthday and it was great to just shake it!!

The perfect Moms Night Out!! It was so much fun!!! All the fun is the clurb without the late night, hangover, and expensive parking!

The classes here are so fun! The instructors are all fabulous and the studio makes you feel like you’re in a dance club. I burn a ton of calories and have a great time doing it! Highly recommend!
