Do we need yoga experience to participate?

No. Our private classes are designed for all levels. Beginners are welcome and we adjust the class to match your group.

Question 2

What should we bring?

Please bring a reusable water bottle for our Flowater station. We provide mats and towels at no cost.

Question 3

Do we need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All guests must complete our digital waiver before arriving.

How many people can you accommodate?

We can host up to 35 guests depending on the class style and layout.

Question 5

Can we arrive early to set up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We allow early arrival based on the schedule for your event. Please reach out in advance to confirm timing.

Can we play our own music?

Yes. You can choose from our Spotify playlists or provide your own. We can adjust lighting and sound to match the mood you want.

Question 7

Is the studio heated?

Accepted Answer

We offer both non heated and heated class options. Our heated classes use a Reznor system with UV light purification for cleaner air circulation.

Can we bring decorations or food?

Accepted Answer

How do payments work?

Private events are priced per group or per person depending on your selection. Payment is required to reserve your date and time.  We accept credit card, Apple Pay and Zelle.

Question 10

Can we add extra time for photos or celebrating?

Accepted Answer

Yes, of course!. You can add additional studio time for an extra fee and must schedule it in advance.
