Do we need yoga experience to participate?

No - our private classes are designed for all levels! Beginners are welcome and we adjust the class to match your group.

Question 2

What should we bring?

Please bring a reusable water bottle for our Flowater station and a yoga mat. If you or your party does not have a yoga mat, we can provide both mats and towels at no extra cost.

Question 3

Do we need to sign a waiver?

Yes - all guests must complete our digital waiver before arriving.

How many people can you accommodate?

We can host up to 35 guests depending on the class style and layout.

Can we arrive early to set up?

Yes. We allow early arrival based on the schedule for your event. Please reach out in advance to confirm timing.

Can we play our own music?

Yes - you may put together a Spotify playlist of your own to use for the class or we can provide our own if you would like. We can adjust the lighting and sound to match the mood you want!

Is the studio heated?

We offer both non-heated, heated, and/or hot class options!

Can we bring decorations or food?

Accepted Answer

How do payments work?

Can we add extra time for photos or celebrating?
