• Booking & Deposit

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your event date.

  • Remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before the event.

  • Any exception to the 50% deposit must be approved in writing.

• Payment Policy

  • All deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable.

  • Failure to submit full payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of services, with no refund issued.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If cancelled or rescheduled, all funds paid will be credited toward a future event.

  • Rescheduled events are honored with no additional fees, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancelled or rescheduled events.

• No Refund Policy - Nolacraves does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Event cancellation

  • Event rescheduling

  • Weather conditions

  • Changes in guest count

  • Client dissatisfaction

  • Force majeure or unforeseen events

• Acknowledgment
