What a powerful class! I am amazed at what my body did, thanks to Chakra's confident teaching style. I was able to do crow for the 1st time. I am 57 years old and I did crow pose. I feel so powerful.

Chakra is a wonderful healer, plant medicine practitioner, and yoga teacher. Roots and Stars is a magical addition to the area and a must stop for all your metaphysical needs. As a decades long yoga practitioner, I can confidently say that one of the best classes I’ve ever taken was with Chakra. She is intuitive, authentic, and will help you expand both your physical and spiritual abilities.

When you visit the desert, u want to relax deeply, on many levels. Chakra's warm, wonderful presence is simply a joy to be around. Taking her informative class, u will learn all about using chakras to balance yoga and meditation. So fun!

I had never experienced blue lotus yoga, and it was life (or at least practice) changing. I was able to more deeply connect with the way breath drives each movement and could feel the activation of the different chakras throughout the class. Phenomenal. Can't wait to experience it again.
