How far in advance should I book?

To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak tourism seasons and major holidays. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on performer availability.

How to confirm my booking?

Accepted Answer

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date and time. The remaining balance is due before performance. Deposits are non-refundable, but date changes may be possible with sufficient notice (see next question).

Can I change my booking time or date?

Yes. Changes to your scheduled time or date must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Adjustments are subject to performer availability. Once performers are in position, the booked time begins.

What happens if my event runs longer than expected?

If you’d like performers to continue beyond the scheduled time, additional fees will apply. We’ll do our best to accommodate extensions based on the performers’ schedule.
