i've been go, go, going, and so to be able to drop in and really slow down, even to feel the aches and pains in my body as a reminder that i'm alive, was a really beautiful experience. like even though maybe my back feels tight, i can lean into it and actually tap into it. now i have more inspiration to be able to expand and balance in so many different ways in different areas of my life and my creativity.
