What is required to secure the space on my date, and what is the payment schedule?

Accepted Answer

A courtesy hold is placed on your date for one week from initial inquiry. A signed contract and deposit is required to secure your event space & date. The deposit (50% of rental fee)  is due 7 days after signing the contract. The remaining rental fee balance is due two weeks prior to the event date. Bar service charges will be paid for at the conclusion of the event. Any incidental charges are billed 24-48 hours following the event and are required to be paid in full 2 weeks after your event date.

How does parking work?

Accepted Answer

Great Lakes Distillery has ample parking in our lot shared with The Tannery. Otherwise, additional parking can be found free of charge across or on the street.

Do you have in-house catering?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Fox Den is our in-house kitchen open Tuesday through Sunday and offers catering for private events. It is not required to utilize Fox Den catering, but outside catering may incur additional fees. Visit https://www.foxdenmke.com/ to take a peek at their everyday menu.
