Here at Great Lakes Distillery, we strive to create award-winning, small-batch spirits. That’s why we’re committed to crafting an event for you that’s as great as our spirits. We have two spaces available for private rental: The Tasting Room & The Production Floor. The Tasting Room is also available for reservations!

• The Tasting Room: Equipped with a 360° bar and two slushie machines (spirits included, of course), the Tasting Room space incorporates the gift shop with a full-service bar and incredible patio space furnished with fire pits and views of the city (capacity: 95 seated/120 standing).

• The Production Floor: Sip & socialize side by side with our state-of-the-art copper stills and aging barrels. The Production Floor offers a unique venue to impress your guests and comes fully equipped with your own "speakeasy" bar. Please note: This is an industrial space, and the area is not climate-controlled. While we will try and make every effort to keep your guests comfortable, please keep this in mind when considering this space (capacity: 80 seated/200 standing).

Great Lakes Distillery is Wisconsin's original distillery, calling Milwaukee home since our founding in 2004. Nestled in the heart of the vibrant city of Milwaukee, our distillery stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to producing high-quality, handcrafted spirits that capture the essence of the Midwest. 

As the first distillery to have opened in the state since Prohibition, we have been trailblazers for the Wisconsin Craft Spirits industry of today.

Additional information:

• All bartender services are included in the rental fee

• A minimum of 40 guests is required to book a private space

• Outside catering is allowed, but may incur additional fees (outside beverages are strictly prohibited)

• Available add-ons:

  • Customized 50ml Bottles: add a custom label to a 50ml bottle of our Rehorst Vodka, Rehorst Gin, or Kinnickinnick Whiskey! Customization can include names, dates, company logos, and more! ($4 - $6 per bottle)

  • Welcome cocktail (table with cocktails upon arrival): varies based on group size

  • Custom cocktail or slushie creation: $50 (does not include cost of drink)

  • Merchandise packages (glassware, shirts, koozies, etc): Varies

  • Tasting table: $100-$150 per hour (max 2 hours)

  • Party gift package: $70 includes: bottle (under $36), t-shirt, glass, 2 free cocktail tokens ($90 value)
