What types of Services do you offer?
We offer most types of massage therapy including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Pre and Post Natal, Trigger Point, Stone, Ayurvedic, and more. We create a personalized session for each guest, based on their choices in pressure and style. IF there is a modality you want that is not listed, just ask. Want a facial, body scrub or body wrap? We do those too!
How do I book an appointment?
The best way is to email us at qualitymassagetherapy.com or call and or text to 760-408-5626 - as far in advance if possible. Last-minute is often not possible, but we try. We do not offer online booking due to the fact that occasionally there are changes in your schedule, up to the last minute, which require a live person to handle those. For Groups, ask for ELLEN regarding group promos and bookings.
What areas do you travel to?
We travel to all Coachella Valley desert cities - Palm Spring proper, Cathedral city, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indio, Thermal, Mecca, Indio Hills, Desert Hot Springs, Sky Valley and High Desert Cities including Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Morongo Valley. Private residences, Airbnbs, Hotels, Resorts, Golf clubs/courses and more. With multiple guests and considerable advance notice, we travel to Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego cities Travel to cities in neighboring states is possible. Please contact us for details.
Do I need to provide anything for the massage or facials or chosen service?
Yes - a quiet place - or loud if you want--if you are doing a spa party, poolside, etc. Your environment, your choice! Poolside, outdoors - depending upon the weather. We bring everything we need to provide a fabulous experience-our tables, linens, heated table covers, blankets, oils, lotions, aromatherapy and whatever we need to do our great job we are known for! We bring music but you are welcome to use your own or enjoy silence.
What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?
We prefer a 48 hour notice - Your deposit (usually $50) guarantees your booking so we can assign therapists to prioritize your appointments into their schedule. Rescheduling depends on availability and often we are able to do so.

Do I have to remove my clothing?
Disrobe to your level of comfort. That means nude or underwear You will always be covered except the body part we are working on. We always exclude your private areas.
Are technicians experienced and licensed?
Yes, vetted accordingly.
What are your payment options?
Payment options - We prefer Zelle, Venmo. We also accept cards at $8 per transaction. Electronic bank transfer, or cash. Payment upon completion.
Are there any promotions or packages offered?
Our buy 5 get the sixth free is very popular! When 5 guests are the max, we offer 10 extra minutes per guest so you can take advantage of the promo! Our Season of Beauty offers a package of two or three services. (see website for details)
